Sounds like a badly planned day - hopefully they'll stick on quite a few extra trains!

I had just gone into the ticket page, just said closed until the next lot of ticket sales, then 9:00 it just went straight through the queue. I also used two different browsers and deleted all cookies etc no idea if this had any effect...pretty efficient really apart from trying to find a block with seats towards the front of the top tier.

Hmmm...cant imagine many of the 23k STH not taking up the option of a ticket, even if they give it to someone they know. (though not sure why any STH wouldn't go unless they can't for whatever reason). Would guess we've got what about 15k members? Complete guess, not based on anything...probably likely to be about 5k left as of end of today - just speculating.

Just do not feel he is the right match for the club, the style of football is not "The Southampton Way" which the club harp on about. I think he's got to go this summer regardless.

I'd say theres probably a couple of thousand left....not that I can be bothered to count them.

Surprising how we've not tried going to a 4231 with Romeu and Hojbjerg sitting, with Davis/JWP in front with two wide players and a proper striker. Similar to how we set up under Pochettino with a front fluid 4 of Davis Lallana JRod and Lambert. -------------Forster Cedric Caceres VVD Bertrand -------Romeu-Hojbjerg-------- Redmond---Boufal------Tadic -----------Gabbiadini----------- Looks a pretty strong first XI that, and maybe you put in Davis or JWP instead of one of the three behind Gabbiadini against the harder opposition.....simple in my eyes....

I like him, but his end product is pretty shocking, probably no helped by the dross around him. Agree that he seems to have a decent tackle in him too which is not what you'd expect from a flair player.
