I'd love it if we came out to Slayer. Personally I like The Saints Are Coming. It's upbeat, lively and exclusive to us. I'd get rid of Queen and Muse. Can't stand either of them. What needs more of an overhaul is the music played on the tannoy at half time. It appears the only cd we have knocking about is a dodgy soft rock compilation that was sold exclusively in Woolworths in 1983.

We got a bad deal because we paid money and ended up with Davis who is awful.

But there has to be a point when principles outweigh any fans loyalty? To be charged around £50 for a game of football is sickening and something that a lot of us can't live with. Despite originally deciding to give Man City a miss because of the price I crumbled under the weight of it being our first game back in the Premier League and begrudgingly stumped up the cash. I wouldn't again though. Ticket prices clearly affect fans loyalty. All things considering our turnout at Stamford Bridge was fairly awful. We took more to watch our reserves play a League Cup game at Selhurst midweek last season. That can only be because of ticket prices as it's clear which was the more important game.

People who go a few times a year discussing loyalty with people who go week in week out. Brilliant.

Mark Forbes is a lucky man. How does one become a kit man? With 2 kids I have plenty of practice washing clothes and putting them away in some sort of order. That must qualify me for the job.

There's quite a few pictures of the players on that calendar that have been taken in front of empty seats. This can't be right.

Everytime I've driven there I have always parked on the street near the ground. However it's been a while since I drove up to Villa so not sure if that's still the case. Use street view on google maps to check out any parking restrictions. Hasn't let me down yet, and I've never had to pay to park at any ground.

I normally park in Radstock Road, it's fine to park anywhere from Manor Road South up. The closest to the bridge you can get for free is to drive down Garton Road and past Woolston Station where it turns into a dead end. Make sure you turn the car around first though as it can get pretty tight down there.

A few weeks ago some of our fans were more animated when a man dressed in a dog suit danced at half time than they were during the game. You can't legislate for how the silent majority at St Mary's are going to react these days.

I noticed Simon Peach moaning about the press conference on twitter too. Personally I like the way Adkins doens't pander to journalists. The same journalists who a few weeks ago were writing or broadcasting articles about him possibly losing his job. Fair play to the bloke.

The Saints players are much quieter this season. Last year Jos was very active as was Cork, Chaplow and De Ridder. Now barely a tweet from any of them apart from Chaplow. Orders from the club perhaps, or a conscious decision between the players after what happened to Lallana on there. Jaidi is worth following. Sid Lowe too if you are interested in Spanish football.
