VAR is in danger of ruining football

Maybe, just maybe if supporters got behind Long instead of barracking him it’d give him and the side a massive lift. We are where we are with strikers so this continual vitriol isn’t going to help. What he did for the mascot on Saturday showed a bit of class and he’s a player that never stops working for the side.

There’s four days before this game so I don’t buy in to the fact they’ll need rest. Ralph is putting a run together and needs to take that in to account. Lose at home to Derby and we lose some momentum.

If it isn’t BS (and I suspect it is) then we have learned nothing from the past few seasons in relation to the mess we’re now in. Just at a time when we appear to be turning the corner McCarthy leaving would send out a clear signal to Ralph.

I watched Whitton v Solihull in FA Cup at weekend and I concur with what you say. I thought Wreckford looked superb and would love to see us start taking a punt on such players who would run through walls for such an opportunity. I’m so disenchanted with PL football and Saints that I’m drifting away from it. I’m going Saturday but it may be the last game for quite a while.

A Saints POTS? Heard it all now. An absolute embarrassment if it goes ahead but given the decision making that goes on they’ll probably name the date soon. I feel incredibly sort for those losing their jobs due to shocking management decisions and half arsed players

Love some of the bleating on here. We were not good enough, period. We haven’t been all season and we wore for the rest of it. Those that think we’ll win enough games to stay up are frankly deluded. I’m personally looking forward to the championship. At least we might look at games with a view to having a go and trying to win.........oh and we may see a goal or two.
