  1. Ask and thou shall receive: https://www.bbc.com/sport/cricket/46047594 No mention if they'll keep the ridiculous format used for the 10 team 2nd division, where each team plays some other teams twice, but the rest only once. With only 1 team going down next year Hants have a chance of another great escape.
  2. Surprised not many mentions of Channon, one of our greatest ever. Him, MLT, Lambert and Mark Wright. I think we'd comfortably avoid the drop with them.
  3. I agree. It should be viewed as a ****ing terrible thing.
  4. You mean what dire Puel achieved?
  5. Season ticket-holder Richard Jackson, 53, from Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, travelled to the stadium to join with other fans. "I'm just devastated really, it is such a tragedy you don't expect to happen," he said. "These owners have been absolutely fantastic, probably the best owners in the whole English system."
  6. Cardiff, Huddersfield and Newcastle? As someone said before, when the wolf is chasing you, you don't have to out run it. You just have to out run (three) fat kids.
  7. I can blame him for starting with Austin up front instead of Gabbi. Which was a big reason why our finishing and composure in the last third was shockingly bad. Gabbi may be out of form, but at least he has movement, and has shown recent glimpses of improvement in his cameo appearances, which is more than can be said of the over-the-hill carthorse. Thanks for the goals in the past Charlie, but it's time to go out to pasture (for a while at least).
  8. Actually we need someone with both. Gao seems to have neither.
  9. Yes, but amongst the managers around the world who've won f*** all many consider him to be one of the best.
  10. I think so. We failed to win about 18 of them last season and as a result almost got relegated. Moral of story, it's imperative to win at least a couple of the season's must-win games.
  11. Gabbi's came from beautiful Redmond cross. When he (Redmond) was making a rare run down the right. Nuff said.
  12. My guess this. Scoring goals is all he's really good for. He knows it, we know it. So if they dry up the pressure mounts exponentially. That penalty miss didn't help.
  13. They shoot donkeys, don't they?
  14. 2/10. I would've given 1/10, but you get the extra mark for 2 bites.
  15. If that's the case then their heads should've rolled for Boufal, the Clown's payoff, and the Clown's donkey.
  16. Time to buy a new one. And don't watch Liverpool.
  17. This. Unless there's another Markus waiting in the wings, or we somehow bounce back after one season, relegation would mean we would be ****ed.
  18. Give enough Donkeys enough footballs ....
  19. Someone predicted it a couple of years ago and got it completely wrong.
  20. Yep, the "special one" is in full "sack me so I can bugger off with millions" mode. When do we play them? No doubt a first class manager will have been installed by then and they'll be back to their best.
  21. Good it wasn't a Champions league game tonight. Well maybe not, we'll lose anyway.
  22. Yes, and Welbeck has a good record for England (and unlucky to have a goal disallowed in his last outing for them). It would've been very surprised if Southgate had chosen Ings over him.
  23. This, in a nutshell. It boggles the mind that the morons who kept the clown on for as long as they did, and on top of that bought him a £20 million donkey, are still with us.
  24. Compared to us they are a big club.
