I'm not hearing anything from 'man on the street' or indeed employees. Please be so kind as to post actual quotes from real people on here - no pseudonyms or fantasy ravings please as that means the square root of nothing - and then I'll start to listen. Fact is most who post on here read what they want to see and believe what they want to believe because that's what floats their boat - you seem to think 'hearing' something on a fans forum website where 99% of the posters don't use their real names is a perfectly reliable way to form an opinion!!! FFS, you need to get out a bit. MLT - great player and servant for Saints in the past - but I question his judgement especially when it comes to spouting on about Cortese in public to meet his/his friends needs (i.e. that's an agenda), when he knows it could harm the club given his 'celeb' status and exposure via Sky.

Agreed. And anyway, it would not serve to placate certain ex-celebs and actually do nothing to enhance 'customer service'. There are clear personal agendas at work here against Cortese.

Two BIG exclusive interviews tomorrow

My feeling is the term 'project' has been used advisedly so as to emphasise the transient nature of modern management. Some top companies will deliberately move management about to combat staleness in the organisation. In the case of a football manager, there is only one place to transfer to and that's another club unfortunately. -
Meanwhile..... Back in the Transfer Window....

Got to say, I am starting to get slightly concerned that we've not landed any targets other than Forren. Ideally thought we would have a deal lined up for Punch by now too. Oh well, a week to go and a Friday story is probably inevitable! -
Sure, it would be a sensible thing for ex-players to be allowed to frequent the club bar (I might even think of signing up if I thought I might meet some of my ex-heroes), but in this case an arrangement was not in place and therefore the steward was correct in his action. I have to say though, if Cortese was as business-savvy as its thought, then you would think he might empower his employees to make sensible decisions to act in a manner that will lead to enhanced goodwill with supporters. 'Customer' satisfaction is everything in today's top companies.

Would agree there.

Time to re-open the St. Mary's Train Station Debate?

Thank you. Coffee over monitor moment there. -

Hasn't Les Reed got top contacts in the places that count? Perhaps those contacts can 'oil the wheels'?
-
I despair, I really do. Self-righteous, self-opinionated, self-publicising tarts.
-
Immediate reaction is wow - then I think nah, this don't fit.
-
So you are comparing Markus with Sasha? Nice.
-
Feed the Turskatish. Nice.

Are people beginning to see what Cortese is up to?
Saint Fan CaM replied to ByTheGolacs's topic in The Saints
Jeez I just don't get the moaning Minnie's on here! Want to be in Prem - want he club to do well - then when the club sets forth on a clear path to sustained success they STILL moan. FFS! I suppose these people will not be happy until there's a fan on the Board?!? -
Exclusive Dan Seaborne interview, please read!

This is so correct. -
Nick Harvey pretend Assistant Manager

Best policy when it comes to anything Turskatish writes. -
This is a nothing story going nowhere. Lambert will be phased out eventually, but at the moment he still has much to offer this particular set of players.
-
Oh no, this is truly manna from heaven for Turkish - I mean there's no pictures of all the 1st team, so SOMETHING must be wrong. It'll be Corteses' fault though.

Is anyone actually going to do the pathetic hanky thing?
Saint Fan CaM replied to saint_sinner's topic in The Saints
Very good - I see what you did there! LOL -
You mean like at Barcelona?
-
Clyne matched Baines completely IMO. We've got the best two FB's in the Prem when their ages are taken into consideration.

This would be a truly astounding signing for us - £8m? Can't see it happening now TBF. But yes, it would be to replace Cork - he's good, but this guy is the dog's gonnads.
