No doubt you're right but we should be allowed to reduce the size of the away section. The debate is about making a Kop end and reducing the away allocation would help the issue. If percentage wise we only had to issue the same as Man U do for example , the that would reduce the always by half. Making it much easier for us to have a Kop. Obviously the rules are that we have to provide 3000 tickets, why that is the case I don't get .

There was a comedy series on Channel 5 that was lost n the ether Respectable, a very good series set in a brothel with one of the Hollieoake beauties Jodie ??? Playing the leading girl. There also was A perfect world with Paul Kaye playing a Pervywaster in an office. Very good IMO

Kathy Burke was brilliant as Linzy(?) the slut from pompey, her in the skin tight cat suit or mini skirt was always funny/repulsive, and also Waynetta on Harry Enfield

thanks for that Steve, the rules yet again gives more home advantage to the bigger clubs with large grounds.

I cant believe that Lenny Henry has not been mentioned. The un-funniest person ever to be on tv, and in my opinion is only on TV for one reason. Lee Mack is decent, I saw him live in Bournemouth and was brilliant, although the same show he did for the DVD filmed in London was disappointing. He is very good on Would i lie to you and the episode with Henning Wein was superb. Bob Newhart and Hancock were all time greats

I was under the impression that the club have to offer a percentage of the tickets to the away club. Of course this must be wrong as Man U etc only give a small allocation of tickets to the away team. Should our club reduce the away section and increase the Northam to home fans. it surely could be done quite easily. The 'Kop' end should have been arranged when we first went to SMS. Sadly there seems to be a madness that we need to be next to the away section, it nullifies the home support IMO. It will never happen of course but the Chapel should have been where all the more vocal fans sat/stood to create more intimidating atmosphere

well if it was that easy perhaps the staff at Jeathrow need sacking. we have to hope the virus does not change and becomes able to be contacted airborne. I do hope the world is not being too complacent. Imo no reporters or unimportant visitors should be allowed to the areas that are badly affected

It's funny Corp didn't like it when I called them Wigan of the South. Still a good comparison, both have won the cup and on a big downward curve, although WIgan are a bigger club now

i wish them both luck. Initially some of the posts were amusing, now some are becoming pretty offensive. It is a story of 2 young people, give them a break

VFTT and CBFRY do have similar posting styles. The percentage of Americans who can be called thick are probably the same as any other country. I do agree that the amount of freely available weapons in the US must increase the chances of these killers doing something terrible.

i hope it's NOT 'I'll be wearing that coat next season'

i think if you read back to some of the early Wanyama threads, some others could see how good is was going to be for us

Nail on head. America has everything that the majority would ever need. The majority of Brits have passports so they get drunk cheaply in the sun. I'm sure the majority of Spanish Greek and Turks who don't rely on tourism would be very happy not to see a Brit again

doubtful of course but one thing is for sure under KRueger and co , that he will be sold.

Charlie Austin would cost less I suspect

Virgin Atlantic 747 prepares for emergency landing at Gatwick
OldNick replied to trousers's topic in The Lounge
I ve had emergency landing with engine fire over Boston. Eerie as we came down in total silence, nobody muttered a word until we came to a halt -
I went to a farm on the outskirts of Romsey and they had 2 of the tram posts that they had rigged as yard lights. They saved them from being scrapped about 40years ago

I said all the talk about the game was going to be about the non penalty. It's a shame that the overall performance was forgotten by the media. Fantastic result and amazing that we kept them to 1 shot on target.

'hey I've got some Tarmac left over from building a motorway, I ll do your car park cheap'
-
I can't see how people can argue that it was not a penalty.Targett slipped ,lost control and slipped into Fabregas. It brought him down and so I think the rules would say it was a penalty. Is there a rule that would exclude a slip making it not a foul?

Another Cup Final where the little club upped their game to gain a point. Luton will have to get used to it

What happened to the forensic review of their accounts I wonder? Most odd how that disappeared

Their fans are turning up still, I wonder how long before the attendances drop?
