The article says "the Italians value him at £15M now.." 

So, if they really expect that, then out of our price range. But if that's pie in the sky, and he's available for £5M, sure, as he plays LM, would be a good option to challenge NR.

£15m is not out of our price range. We've signed quite a few players for more than that in recent years.

It was taken out in order to have the cash flow to operate as close to normal as possible during the Covid period, that includes buying players.
