Good post. There is no point in just changing the Manager, the problem goes much much deeper. You cannot have a new Manager and retain your first team coaching staff, that can never work and hasn’t blatantly for our last two Managers.... Admittedly Black was brought in with Puel but even that was particularly strange decision errrr just to translate? Anyone could have done that. Black was imposed on Puel and MP.... Ultimately Reed has a lot to answer for, his time is over here now.... Adkins could fill that role admirably and with much more skill... So four people need to go if one goes.... Black, Reed, the pathetic goalkeeping ‘coach’ and MP in order of priority probably....

This is the man.... Emotional intelligence is critical. If you lack this you cannot ‘Manage’ as you will be of a personality that misses other vital detail in both personal skills and tactics.... This one reason why Nigel Adkins was successful with us and the exceptional brothers at Lincoln Cite are doing well... The difference Puel will have at Leicester is a decent coach well of Black’s influence... He might do well which would reflect very poorly on Black who I am convinced brings nothing to our party....

Oh please, Slattery is not good enough for the first team, he is just slightly better at times than the very mediocre under 23 squad we have and by that I mean the ones currently outside the first team frame. He is way off ....

You have to say that you are right. Martin Hunter came over rather poorly and his whole body language was uninspiriring... Out of touch and just too old thanks.... We need fresh blood to inspire and coach the youngsters... I thought the whole piece showed an out of date complacency around a great modern facility.. The ‘lovely’ Ward Prowse was very ‘pleasant’.... As he is on the pitch really..... Yeah well, it was all a bit very nice and lovely for me..... Not exactly winner takes all ......

Definitely bring him back but not Chamberlain who is now really quite quite poor....
