  1. Looks like some of them are still struggling to come to terms with the election result, or accept the majority in this country didn’t want a loony like Corbyn in power.
  2. Yeah out of 2600 allocation about 100 left, that should help encourage to take more than the minimum going forward.

That’s impressive, thought we might only just sell the 2600, tough journey by car or train but looks like we’ll sell these easily a month before the game. Always seems to be a popular trip Norwich and who knows when we’ll get to go there again.
  4. Storm Dennis set to arrive in Hampshire Saturday afternoon with weather warnings in place for wind and rain, proper football conditions.
  5. Sheff Utd have a great chance of a Europa league spot, if they manage that Wilder must get manager of the year. Bournemouth have enough to survive in my opinion, shame I miss the days of rattling buckets at pre season friendlies. Shame Man city game was off, West Ham will now have 3 weeks without a game and by the time they play Man City it could work in their favour. Man city already need to rearrange game from league cup final weekend and will end up with other distractions.
  6. Yeah Leeds seem to be losing it, number of clubs close together at the top of the championship could be a very entertaining end to the season in that division, once we are safe I can start following results hoping teams cup that suit us for decent away days.
  7. Cheers , on that basis; I make Burnley favourites on those stats Season ticket holders have had excellent value for money once again
  8. Of course they will , Rodriguez goal as well. Burnley will sit deep, we can't break down team's that do that. We'll over commit and leave gaps in midfield. Not checked myself but am told on a league table of HOME results only we'd currently be bottom of the premier league. 12.30 kick off, sober dull atmosphere with small away following sat in the corner. Got to be honest , not looking forward to this one.
  9. Agree, we could have had 3 or 4 goals easily , but we've crumbled a few times recently in 2nd half, Wolves conceded 3, Liverpool conceded 4, Spurs conceded 2, so frustrating to watch after playing well. We lack a leader on the pitch and need to get better at breaking up the game when under pressure.

Interestingly Norwich's ticket office have backed their fan base and taken the full 9000 allocation for Spurs in the next round, which is also midweek. https://www.canaries.co.uk/News/2020/february/ticket-news-tottenham-hotspur-v-norwich-city/
  11. Agree with this, don't like the ground at all, soulless NFL stadium, and last thing we want is bl00dy Wi-Fi for the vloggers to tap into and live their experience through a phone for social media likes.
  12. Feel deflated after that, 'Better' team for most of the game, guilty of missing some very good chances, bit naive defending at times but got nothing from the useless officials, might as well scrap VAR the usual big club bias remains. Ward-prowse might just be a deep cut but depends what the cut went through, could still have damaged ligaments, fingers crossed as I think he deserves an England call up end of March. Great scenes in our end when Ings shot hit the back of the net, thought he played very well. Spurs fans the usual gobby cnts outside the ground, hate playing them. Shame to have another year with no cup interest going into spring.
  13. I’ve always quite liked Sampdoria since the days of watching football Italia on channel 4 in the 90s, have been lucky enough to visit Genoa to see them play but hopefully the clubs have built a connection and part of the deal is we get to play them away pre-season.
  14. Many others still not received their tickets? I ordered 9am first day they went on sale so seems slow to not have them yet.
  15. I didn't see the spurs game today but the stats make it sound like they won against the run of play, 39% possession and only 3 shots yet a very impressive result beating City 2-0. Lloris must have had a good game, could do with Gazzaniga being back in goal, Alli injury seem enough to keep him out ? I'd be much more confident if we had Cedric and Armstrong in the side.
  16. A lot of fans I speak to still don't look forward to home games, we've been so bad for a while now and never look comfortable, Burnley at home is just the sort of game I expect us to struggle in, 0-1 Ashley Barnes for them. Would love it if we win at West Ham and push them furtervinto relegation trouble. Think it helps that we play Villa the week before their cup final.
  17. I'd certainly say we are weaker now than we were at the start of the window, personally I'd rather keep Cedric than loan Walker Peters. I understand why there isn't any money to spend when you look at the amount wasted in past windows plus the number of high earners we are still paying whilst they are out on loan.
  18. Yeah over the years our record isn’t that bad, in some ways we’re more likely to get something here then lose at home to Burnley , but I think Liverpool will go all out for the points knowing they have a nice two week break to come afterwards, we might even have an eye on the Spurs replay.
  19. Keep your hair on mate, don’t worry I’m not giving the team talk, just being realistic - Liverpool have won 23 out of 24 league games this season, no one has taken even a point from them at Anfield, I’d be buzzing if we did. We’ve been good recently but I also saw how we collapsed at home to Wolves having been 2-0 up, don’t think we’re good enough defensively to stop them.
  20. If it’s a loan we’re basically just getting Cedrics wages off the books, perhaps with a loan fee on top, I’d rather keep him and not have Walker-Peters to be honest.

Now it’s on sale to anyone with a recent purchase history I’d expect it will sell out today, we’ve got loads of fans who live in London area , ironic the last who qualify to buy get the best seats. Not sure how it works with the middle tier but would be good to have plenty of flags hanging down like we had at the san siro, would look decent right behind the goal.

Yes blocks 420, 421, 422 haven’t been put on sale yet, should still be plenty left, not sure why they’re holding them back from sale.
  23. Go via Cambridge from Kings Cross. Also worth looking at split ticket option, I looked at using network railcard as far as Ely then separate ticket from there to Norwich. Not too bad, but the main route Liverpool St to Norwich is unusable that weekend, shame as that's normally a decent journey.

BBC have announced they are showing Oxford v Newcastle replay on the Tuesday night.

    Fifth Round Draw

Yep games will be spread over Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday that week, so if us or Newcastle get through and they put one of us on the Thursday we could find out league game the following weekend moving, it’s a bit of a mess really.
