****ing scandalous, £30 million sent abroad to foreign brats and despite "Call me Dave" saying its wrong, there's not a damn thing we can do about it. Labour banging on about pensioners having to choose between heating or eating, perhaps that £30mil could top up our pensioners income. Pensioners who in some cases fought so that these eu kids receiving child benefit didn't grow up under the Nazi jackboot.

British jobs for British workers.

Why haven't the board issued a statement about Yakin yet. ****ing clowns don't know what they're doing.Ralph needs to call up Durham and comment on it, like Nicola used to. That's it....... I've had it with these clowns.
-
Perhaps his contract has a realise clause. The papers are reporting there's a £2mil compensation clause, which people were hailing Nicola for inserting. The other scenario that nobody seems to have taken into account is that he agreed to stay on when Nicola went provided he could pursue other options at the end of the season. At the end of the day there's not a lot the board can do if a manager wants to go, not that that stops people moaning about the board.

Still got the highest number of votes cast. I wonder what proportion of the Nottingham population voted for that chump. Clarke's been wrong about Europe time and time again, its arrogant twts like him that drive people towards ukip.

With that ex man utd Dutch bloke who was at Fulham for 5 mins. He is evidently a fantastic coach who improves young players.

AHH, I've nearly thrown up my breakfast. Listening to the Today programme and up popped that Tory Buffoon Ken Clarke. The blokes in complete denial about the EU and people's thoughts on it. Didn't think it could get any worse, then up pops Tony ****ing Blair, giving us his wisdom on the EU. I just wish those 2 clowns would go canvassing together in Newark, cause we'll defo have a ukip mp then.

People need to calm down, anyone would think poch was the second coming of cloughie the way people are going on. He had 18 pretty good months, mainly with players he inherited. We can't really comment on his signings because we don't know if they're his, or a committee. Let's give him the benefit of the of the doubt and say lovren great signing, victor good, Osvaldo a ****ing disaster. Contrast that with Adkins signings , Jrod, Clyne , yoshida and gaston, not much difference really. I remember another bloke who came in half way through the season, turned us around and then the following year had us playing some great stuff. We finished 10th I seem to recall, before he left for a "bigger" club. How did Ballys managerial go after that? Truth of the matter is nobody knows how good Poch is, he could have been the right bloke at their right time. Nigel had tightened us up, did have us playing some good stuff. He had fox and jos, not Shaw and lovren. As the team evolves you start to see how good a manager is. How good will Martinez be when he has to replace Moyes back 4, Wenger has certainly not hit the previous heights since George Grahams famous defence hung up their boots. One season could be flash in the pan ( I said could), Steve Clarke will tell you that. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll never know. But I wish some of our supporters would stop acting like love sick teenagers? A bloke who has been at the club 5 mins has fucvked off and doesn't want to manage us.

Got to be tower hamlets, they've had issues there before.

This...every day if the week. Watch now as the players perform the same trick and the bed wetters on here go even more mental.

Perhaps had Nigel wanted to blow up British troops rather than control our border, the metropolitan elite wouldnt have smeared him quite so much.

Bennett was on Daily Politics constantly the past few months, she even bragged that they would treble their meps. Wiggy offered her a bet, but having lost £10 to him in last years local elections (when she said they would beat ukip..lol) she declined. All this guff from the greens about being ignored is moonshine. They came 4th as opposed to ukips first because ukip are more in tune to what the country wants.

If you sign ambitious young managers who subsequently do well this is always going to happen. The trick is putting the structures in place to have seamless transitions when they leave. Swansea have done so ( although the jury will be out on monk), and Wigan did for a bit . From Jewell to Bruce to RM, although coyle was a screw up. I just hope the supporters and board keep their heads and give the new bloke a fair crack of the whip. Its gonna be harder than last season, particularly if we lose a few. As for MP. I don't see what the board can do. His out was Nicola going and I suppose we should be grateful he saw out the season. His stocks never been higher and as I said, next season will be tough. Look at laudrap , one season wins a cup and its "Brendon who", the next season its bye bye. I just hope our fan base don't make fools of themselves crying and moaning on twitter and booing him. I'll treat him the way he treated us, with indifference. This is going to be a tricky time for the board and no doubt this forum will be doom and gloom. Whether Nicola and MP were still here or not, Shaw,Adam and others will have attracted offers and will have been tempted. MP leaving just gives players a way out, their agents will see to that. Personally I don't begrudge Adam or even MS a move and Shaw is so good a move is inevitable. The board need to ensure the lovren's and Victor's, jrod and chambers stay to ensure a degree of normality. Provided the core of the side stick together , the transfer money in is invested OK and the board make a decent appointment, there's no reason we can finish in the top 10 again. We just need to accept that this is the modern game, managers stay 18 months/2 years than are sacked or move to bigger clubs.

Nigel's job now is to put some flesh on the bones of other policies and sell them to the public. He's managed to shows clearly that you can't have control of immigration whilst being in the EUSSR , he now needs to ensure the country are made aware of other constraints membership brings as well as highlighting the democratic deficit at the heart of this failed experiment. Domestically he needed to shows that policies such as grammar schools and lower tax for all, as well as slashing foreign aid can improve the life of the working man. There is a place for a right of centre working mans party , which the Tories can never be.
-
Problem is , he wouldn't stand a chance. From day one some of our fanbase would bang on about "cheap option" and "shows our lack of ambition" ECT ECT . Would give the players that want to go a get out line. Personally, I think he deserves a go at the big league. Its not just what he's done at Boscombe the past couple of years , but his first spell. They were nailed on heading for the conference and he delivered promotion a year later. Im not sure we're the right job for him, its going to be a tough ask to follow on from last year, especially if players move on. Pros; Plays good stuff, is a bright young manager. Could be around a long time and build something. Cons; Not a big name, dont know what happened at Burnley, and he's a skate.

Dear o dear, the London metropolitan elite are so busy telling us plebs what to think and who to vote for, they've forgotten to get the basics right when actually counting the vote. #bananarepublic

"The party of in" are doing well. Good move from Clegg to try and take on Nigel. Mind you I dont know whose happier they've managed 1 seat, Lib/dumbs or the lab/con as it means the most dishonest man in politics will cling on to his ministerial car. Old Clegg is worth a few votes for them. Looks like a great result for Nigel, although im sure the sophisticated and educated elite posters will be on tomorrow putting a different spin on it.

What's the turn out, because I've been here 18 odd years and the polling station was the busiest I've seen it.

I saw that, she actually said "its outside the M25". I thought the Ukip guy ripped her apart. Wiggy Neil has a soft spot for her so went easy, it was a car crash. Did you hear her explanation for the result in Rotherham, its because labour candidates dont need to talk to people or knock on doors to get votes , unlike london. Talk about taking votes for granted, look where that got them in Scotland. Ukip winning in Millibands Doncaster turf and in Newark. Lol the London elite are going to be in full scale panic tonight.
-
On any questions Friday , Justine greening was parrotting that line, dimble's bro ( for once) laid into her. "So you're going to listen, learn the lessons and then keep the same policies". Just about sums the lib/lab/con up.
-
That ridiculous women, or is it a bloke , who tried to stich Nigel up has been thrown out by her voters.
-
I read somewhere, I think it was Gabriele Marcotti , that said Cortese was scouting players when he came across MP and was impressed.

You're assuming he'll walk out when told "because you've dicked us about, we're holding you to your existing deal" . If that's the case then it all depends who you get in.Players seemed to like Nigel, but got over it pretty quick. They would probably use it as an excuse to push to go, but if you got a decent replacement in quick they'll son forgot Poch. Some people are talking as if he's some sort of messiah to the players. Yes, they appear to like playing for him and he's improved some of them, but there are plenty of other managers in that boat. Our players appear to be pretty professional, they'll get over it.
