But I wonder, if CVA2 is rejected, can Chinny proceed anyway with a purchase, laughing off a 50 point deduction (or whatever the FL throws at Cheats FC for failing to exit administration with a CVA), as he later collects his parachute money in the Blue Square (or lower)? Of course, he's going to have to be creative with dealing with TBH and friends. I'm still trying to figure out how he's going to handle that little problem.
