It won't be up to us with regards to letting him go the ball is in his court, he will be entering the last season of his contract and is coming off the back of a decent loan season so he is sure to get offers elsewhere. I hope he stays and being realistic I think he will but if I were him I'd be asking for a rise and some sort of game time promise.

Samba is a funny one he looked excellent for Blackburn back in the day and then de-railed his own career in pursuit of money going first to Russia and then the odd transfer to QPR. He's to old and too much of a crock these days for us to be taking a gamble on him! Steve Basham scored one for us I thought we might really have found a player he had a decent career but never hit the heights! Oddly Stuart Ripley only scored the one as well shame he turned out to be totally past it when we signed him I remember being vaguely excited by his arrival!

Totally agree while Puel has been short changed by the board his total lack of adaptability is a massive concern, how he doesn't realise that Stephens and yosgida need some extra protection I have no idea. We have good players he just chooses to play the same formation and the same style regardless of the fact it isn't working!

Much more important that the manager goes booting reed won't improve performances on the pitch which is the only thing that counts right now!

Had a nice smile after Fonte's debut lets hope he doesn't step it back up for the weekend. Great moment for Crouch he always seems to enjoy his football and I don't think he's ever caused a problem at a club even when Stoke weren't playing him he's just got on with it. I was gutted when he left I think if he'd stayed we would have bounced straight back time and time again clubs have shown all you really need to get out of that league is a top draw goal scorer.

Seems to be a decent squad player and nothing more which is a shame would be interesting to know how his stats in the gym add up compared to others as he does seem to be lacking in the pace stamina and strength departments all of which are needed to make up for his smaller stature!
