....but I think we witnessed one tonight. The death of the Pinnacle bid, I mean. I am not even going to bother to post the information I gained, while wasting £2 on Companies House, nor the address of the Semi-detached house in Barnet, in which our moneyman lives. Suffice it to say that, for the money that Mark Fry is charging, he could have afforded the £2 and saved everyone attached to the club a small fortune.

All that is left is to wonder in which manner Tony Lynam is going to be ridden out of town. I must admit, I am totally against lynch mobs, but I must admit, I'm tempted to take a pitchfork and a short drive to Locks Heath.

What a total, bullsh! tting, fantasist who has ruined a legends' reputation...

And you posting that really helps the situation by trying to get a hate mob against someone whose trying to save the club whilst you sit on your behind moaning and whinging on here. They have the funds otherwise Fry wouldn't have accepted the bid or taken there bid so seriously. The fact they've paid for the exclusivity period as well and there are more than 1 moneymen involved I think this guy is one of the lesser ones.

Jeez give the guy a chance!! You wouldnt think Wayne Rooney looked like a multi millionnaire if you didnt know him and you met him in the street! Hopefully he concludes the deal soon and we'll take it from there. There is no way MLT would of put his against some fly by night 'for the best interests of the club'.

You said it GM.

Public information is exactly that, if it can be used to qualify people then I would question why hasn't those closer to events done the same ? is this guy 'fronting' for someone else ?

think Lynam needs to disclose another one of his 'gentleman' to settle the waters, or not

Whatever happens, MLT has done his best, which you haven't.

And more to the point, Fry presumably has seen proof of funds? The mass hysteria on here is unbelieveable.

Fialka made it quite clear on Sky that the sticking point is the right to appeal the 10 point deduction and he was willing to risk someone else stepping in to buy the club.

As we were never likely to win an appeal the whole thing doesn't add up to me.

Has he actually got the money?

NW8 Holdings Limited is a totally different company to NW8 Limited, you muppet...

NW8 Holdings Limited was incorporated on the 4th February, 2009 with not a Michael Fialka or his brother in sight...the Director is Leon Faust and the owner a Jersey property investment company, totally unrelated to our clown...

At last someone speaks sense.

The first thing that Fry would do presumably, is due diligence on the potential purchaser.

I doubt that he (Fry) is a total incompetent.

I suspect that delays are due to legal process, the F L must surely be taking Leading Counsels's advice as to their position.

If the insistence on a clause preventing appeal were found to be illegal, then they could be in for very considerable damages if Pinnacle don't succeed.

It doesnt add up to me either, hes holding it up on a really minor technicality, perhaps so much now theres a risk of an extra -15 points.

He came off really badly on screen. If he was serious, he would have jumped at the -10 before anyone else could buy the coub and before the staff and tax man didnt get paid and thus risk an extra -15 points.

He seems to be really badly advised too, just like Lowe was by his lawyers who didnt think the -10 would be applicable.

Why is the sticking point the right of appeal if he isnt going to appeal anyway?

Because, signing away your right of appeal, would INCLUDE any further points penalty the League care to apply... ie ANOTHER 15
