Again that's a misinterpretation, and a conflation of different points. She's correct that racism comes in different forms, also that some people see colour, and that other people suffer non racist prejudice. Anyone who sees anything different in her actual words is looking for something imo.

Yep. She means nothing bad. Nothing to read into her comments over the years at all.

I never said it didnt.

However she makes a point that black people are judged for being black because you can tell they're black from looking at them. The same goes for Red heads, orthodox jews, muslims etc. Also that these people hadn't suffered racism all their lives. How does she know?

Again you misinterpret and conflate. Also she did not say that Jews and Muslims have not suffered racism all their lives.

She actually said that racism comes in different forms, some based on first appearances. I doubt anyone seriously disputes that.

Additionally - and it was clearly an additional point - she said that some people suffer prejudice because of physical characteristics, but not a lifetime of racism.

My missus is a redhead, and on any assessment she won't have suffered racism, or a level of prejudice endured by black people, Jews, travellers (the people that Abbott actually mentioned). Again, I'd be staggered of anyone seriously disputes that.

I don’t like Dianne Abbott, never have and never will.

However, whilst her remarks didn’t really need to be discussed and re-interrogated in an interview (when will she learn?), there is at least some interpretation.

However, no debate needed on the pure, unarguable and vile racism from Nigel Farage and especially Sarah Pochin https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/ask-me-another-question-reform-mp-fumes-at-journalist-over-afghan-sex-offenders-row_uk_6878b62be4b0b08368f4dfc1

‘Well, I don’t think there’s any doubt whatsoever that there is hardcore evidence that this group, this particular culture, Afghan men, have a much lower regard for raping women than a white British cohort of men’.

Notice here that she says white British men, not just British men.

Little wonder the Times Radio host was exasperated. Nick Griffin would have blushed at that statement. No evidence either https://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/nigel-farage-says-some-afghans-airlifted-to-uk-are-sex-offenders-but-theres-no-evidence-thats-true_uk_6876e3cbe4b0bdf6e2f0fbe3?origin=related-recirc

MoD fucked up royally and shame on the Tories but no excuse for pure racism and white supremacism from Farage and Pochin.

So you’re saying the Labour Party were looking to suspend her?

I haven't commented on the labour party motives . Or that of the leadership. I said that anyone who sees anything different in her actual words to the actual words is looking for something.

When she was at her stupidest, Philip Hammond made an equally stupid mistake in the Commons.

Some people chose to highlight hers and ignore the one made by a white man, they're still at it now.

We see you.

England’s women no longer taking the knee. Feels like a very tired gesture to still be doing these days.

If you don’t take the knee, how can you possible stop racism!?

If I was racist why did I get my swastika tattoo changed to be a picture of Nelson Mandela? Also a true racist wouldn’t use Uber as much as I do.

Can spot a racist a mile off, likes curry, accuses others of being racist, denies being racist themselves, goes on holiday to the Caribbean because they like having black people serve them like in the old days

I’ve got your number pal. Bet you’ve already watched Katy Hopkins latest twitter post haven’t you
