Hopefully Draper Tools or Dimplex?

Draper sponsoring the training kit is a step. I thought Dimplex had gone years ago, but they are still operating over in Hedge End..

Strangely, they’re still trying to sell this year’s shirts for about £45 each on the online store. They’re claiming they’re on sale but honestly, who’s paying that for kit we’re never going to see again in 10 days time?

My son wanted the yellow one, I stopped him with "why would you want to own that, the kit from probably the worst Saints team in history?". He didn't want it anymore after that.

If the rumours of us changing sponsor are true, I guess that delays the kit announcement until the date the sponsorship with rollbit ends. Anyone know when that is?

I thought it was confirmed that Rollbit would continue? Sadly the gambling ban only covers the Premier League and not the EFL.

That is hideous. Looks like it’s been done in MS paint.

I think it's alright, personally. A little bit different and all the logos and sponsors at least fit neatly into the design, rather than looking like they've been stuck on as an afterthought.

Someone posted on here a little while back confirming we will have a new sponsor, they might be telling porkies though…

Though the ban only started in 2026/7 rather than the coming season

It looks like the design that Portsmouth fans tried to vote for when our home kit went to a public vote

Wasn't the design they tried to influence a copy of the Monaco kit ?

@LeG posted a few days ago suggesting a new sponsor and beer for next season

Correct, 26/27. I thought it was this coming season TBH. My biggest issue isn't necessarily the gambling sponsors, but the fact most of them don't have a presence or license to operate in the UK. Like ours....

Southampton seems to have an emerging craft beer scene so somebody should be able to put a range together with a bitter/pale/porter/non alc options.

It’s already had Dancing Man beers in Northam

Wouldn’t mind that at all

That would align with a recruitment policy of signing older or injured players

If you get over the aversion to seeing the initials PO (not my favourite post code) then it’s not a bad sponsor depending on the ££ obviously

SAGA perhaps might be a better fit.
Or given some of the crocks we’ve signed BUPA

Ha ha I know the head of marketing in Southampton for P&O but I can’t be bothered to ask as it’s no big deal.

Bristol, Southampton & Brighton are the craft beer capitals of the south.

The Dancing Man's concession stand(s) are a start, but we should celebrate it far, far better.

We were buying tickets in the cheap Itchen/Chapel corner section in our last Championship season and the Dancing Man had a bar in the Chapel back then too.

The ‘&’ is all so important. Sponsored by a cruise line the HMS piss the league memes would fit together nicely. Generally just be good to have a sponsor actually connected to the city again instead of a random betting brand that doesn’t even operate in the UK. Guess we will find out in the next month or so.

Agree. Would certainly like to see an end to some of the tacky crap we’ve had.

I am currently on the P&O ship Iona coming back from Norway. In the sports bar there are two Saints Shirts (no other teams!) on the wall in a display case. The Rollbit one and an older one. I had also heard before that we are changing sponsors. Would be great if P&O were the new sponsors. As been said - based in Southampton and not a betting company.

Just for info, The Guide Dog has been bought out by Steamtown brewery and a complete refit will happen over the summer.

If you look on the Saints Website and scroll down to the very bottom , P&O are in the "top tier" and Rollbit has disappeared altogether ... so perhaps there is a clue ...spacer.png

P&O are definitely already a corporate sponsor of the club, someone even won a cruise doing cross bar challenge at the Arsenal game, would be a nice gesture if they gave all season ticket holders the friends and family discount as part of the deal

Right, get yourself a season ticket in front of the Directors Box. With that level of scrutiny you’re nominated for earlobe alerts this season

I can sail with that one, float it in my mind. I love ships, I miss Roger....

Tbh it comes down to who pays the most money. I just hope whoever it is the logo isn’t just a cheap stick on one like this season. Instantly downgrades the shirt.

Cant see that changing unless its Starling Bank sponsoring the men as well as the Women.

Puma have recreated Port Vale's kit from the 1953/54 season for their 150 year anniversary. It is remaining sponsorless.

Saints have their 140 year anniversary next season. Would be nice if Puma could do similar for us!

The 1965/66 kit might be a good option. Promotion from the 2nd tier 60 years ago.

can't get more traditional than your first kit!

That would be the opposite of traditional considering Red and White vertical strips have been worn by the club for over 100 years. Red sash less than 10 over 2 stints…..

60 year anniversary - 1965/66 2nd tier promotion kit for the home kit

50 year anniversary - 1975/76 Yellow FA Cup winners kit for the away kit

140 year anniversary- 1885/86 Sash kit for third kit

For the love of god, don't put it on a white background. Just use the logo, with a thin black outline to make it stand out if needs be.

Blue lettering, 🤔, sight for sore eyes on a Saints shirt. But if they’re paying enough and we go up* the league with it guess will have to live with it

*carefully avoid temptation to say ‘sailing’ or ‘cruising’ up the league
