Not free, but I always park at the Kings Mall Shopping centre at Hammersmith & tube the rest of the way. It costs about £13 for the day & it's only 5 minutes walk to the tube.

Booked tickets to see the Bison in a couple of weeks, my youngest son is already excited (as am I) & started jabbering to his mates about it, as for my eldest, he is now officially "too cool" to get excited about things .

The brother of my Scouse mate is a die hard Liverpool fan, but let his season ticket go about 10-15 years ago, due to financial reasons. When his cash flow took a turn for the better he re-applied for a ticket, only to find he was at the end of a very long waiting list. So he gets his prem fix by getting a Wigan ST. I'm told there are quite a lot of Scousers & Mancs who do the same.

I bought a new pc about a year ago & had no problems transfering fron ipod back to itunes, I can't remember specifics, but I would have used the help facilities on itunes to get the job done. Incidentally none of the music I have was bought on itunes, so that shouldn't be an issue.

The Japanese soldier relieved of his duty in 1974 is still alive, aged 89, he was the penultimate Japanese soldier to give up the fight, the last surrendered in December 1974.

I agree with everything the OP posted, however I just listened to one of the survivors on the radio & she said the fog/smoke was instantaneous, saying that the lights of the car in front suddenly disappeared, all of a sudden there was a collision. It sounds pretty horrific and a situation that any of us could find ourselves in. My condolences go out to those bereaved.

Personally, wearing a poppy has nothing to do with raising money for the RBL, it's about remembering the sacrifice made by that particular generation, especially (for me) my grandfathers fathers & step grandfather, thankfully, all of which came back. Obviously, the monies raised is a welcome addition, but as I said, it's about thanking that generation for their gallantry & stoicism.

Saint_Jonny may have been naive or fraudulent, it's not for me to judge, only he knows what he was thinking when he placed the ad. I can't see how selling a car without MOT or SORN is illegal. Driving one may be, that is down to the buyer to check.

I realise your old man is joking, but would we be allowed to start a match with 10 players on the pitch & still have a full compliment of subs? I would assume not.

I really want us to go up as champions & if we should achieve promotion I'll be going mental on the pitch along with everyone else , but conversely I don't want to be in the Prem. Since we've been away, I've become increasingly disillusioned with the prem, and don't miss it one bit, the money, the players, the arrogance, the cheating & now they are on about stopping relegation/promotion. Also the cost of tickets will rocket, my kids are getting older, my youngest has just turned 11,so next season I'll have to pay for his season ticket. For myself & my eldest, this seasons tickets cost me £550, that's bound to increase if we were to go up, + paying the extra for my youngest. If we do get promoted this may be my last year as a STH.

I wasn't a fan when he came here I thought he was a bit lazy & couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo, but I'm pleased to say I've been proven wrong. I think he's one of the first on the team sheet, an he seems to be enjoying his football. I'm surprised to see he's played relatively few matches in his career, and that he has made his most appearances at Saints.

You weren't alone. I thought the ref was pretty poor. He even managed to confuse the crowd at the start of the minutes silence by blowing his whistle.
