  1. 11 appearances 878 minutes 7 goals appears he is playing a good portion of the matches he starts (79 minutes on average)
  2. https://fsl-stream.im/ifollow-26/ this one still working, but no sound and you have to babysit it a bit.
  3. i thought it was the quality of my stream!
  4. Yeesh.. was he lying down on a couch during the presser/press conference?
  5. Bazunu (and the CBs) have really stepped up in recent matches. Last 10 matches - 8 goals allowed oh, what's that you say? We are unbeated in the last 10 matches? It's not a coincidence. Our success or lack of success is going to hinge on our defensive performance this season. * first 8 matches - 19 goals allowed. We went from giving up more than 2 goals a match after the first 8 matches, to giving up less than 1 goal a match in our last 10 matches. Bravo.
  6. Well depends.. did I have the opportunity to see the Millwall last minute winner in the Championship when it happened? I did NOT. so, i guess the answer is no. I am happy we got it, i got to read about it, and saw a clip of it a few hours after it happened, but i can't say it was fun.
  7. didn't realize he was so big and tall... or maybe all our U21 players haven't had their growth spurts yet
  8. This. I think North American supporters will have a different perspective on this. A drop in the Championship has made the Saints far less accessible for us. when we do get TV coverage it is often the 12.30 match, which is 6.30 here. Waking up at 6.15 on Saturday is no fun, but you you do it because your chances are few and far between Peacock/NBC coverage of the PL is pretty outstanding. Every match is available to watch, you will get halftime and postgame highlights of the Saints match. We get none of that in the scant ESPN+ coverage. Aslo, PL matches always had commentary that includes 2 people. i am not a fan of a single commentator that Championship matches broadcast. God knows how many viruses my phone and laptop now contain in an effort to find a non TV match stream for the Championship. Also, i know so little about the clubs and players in the Championship, its hard to get up, for example, for the Millwall match this Saturday. Who the hell plays for Millwall? When we play Liverpool i knew every hated player on that team. It just makes match more interesting. Championship matches feel like friendlies to me at times or early rounds of a Cup. No idea who were are playing. Plus, i am going to spend the first 10 minutes of the Millwall match trying to find a stream that is half watchable. I don't miss VAR that is for sure.
  9. Who still hasn't played a minute yet for Chelsea.
  10. apologies.
  11. that is one way of looking at. I am happy we are in 5th place considering the way we have played. tied for last in Goals Allowed so far this season. dreadful. A -3 Goal Difference and in 5th place? That is is not sustainable i guess the glass half empty outlook is two losses in a row would likely drops us to 15th place.
  12. There've been more sightings of Nessie than this bloke.
  13. Hologram Bazunu strikes again.
  14. close to Endozie being dinged for offside/obstruction on that one.. that would have had VAR scrutiny in the PL.
  15. defense defense defense. they give up a half a goal a match. 13 matches, 7 goals allowed. Saints on the other hand.. give up nearly 2 goals a match. 12 matches, 22 goals allowed
  16. frustrating.. yes.. but let me be out of character and optimistic. only 3 points off 3rd place. 1 point of 6th place. (ducking) Leicester and Ipswich separating from the rest.
  17. not so fast, my friend! it's been 3 years.. and still counting.
  18. Would it be too much to ask for Messi to transfer 1% of his skills to Alcaraz while there?
  19. three other big transfers with limited or no minutes Lavia - 0 minutes (threatening to be a lost season for Romeo) Livramento - 3 sub appearances (25 minutes) and one League Cup start. Salisu - can find zero info on him related to Monaco and playing time.
  20. Fall 2020. Empty stadiums.. The Covid season. 25 Oct 2020 Southampton 2–0 Everton 1 Nov 2020 Aston Villa 3–4 Southampton 6 Nov 2020 Southampton 2–0 Newcastle United
  21. We were headed down with him (Ralph). and then some very bad managerial choices didn't change that trajectory.
  22. since SR purchased the club in Jan 2022, Saints have mustered 14 league wins out of 62 matches. 2022 : 5 wins | 22-23 : 6 wins | 23-present : 3 wins it's been an unmitigated disaster.
  23. All that aspirational talk of trying to be the 22/23 Burnley of this league seems like a distant memory. Like Saints - they had 3 total losses. Unlike Saints - they played 46 matches, not 7.
  24. that is our strongest XI currently. Stronger would be Sulemana (for AArmstrong) if he can get his head straight and buckle down.
