Hm. No Stern or Saga.

:-(

Saga has said he doesn't want to play in League One and Stern is out of contract, so I assume is left out for the same reason as Murty (no BWP or Euell either). According to Wotte the other week, Stern was looking to earn a new contract.

Yea I saw the Murty bit on SSN, came across pretty well. Talked more about Sheding than Saints though. Where is Wayne thomas? Is he STILL injured!? We should tell him to **** off now really, been injured for waaaaay too long, and hes no killer.

From the OS:

Wayne Thomas is ruled out with an infected blister

There's got to be a joke in there somewhere...

Ah, the new world order exists, but just on one small and interesting legacy pops up this afternoon.....

Remember the stick last season when we made our big signing?

The story of who helped to get him across?

lolage our despised and maligned (rightly so) former SFC Ltd Director was pretty much all over those press releases - oh what stick we gave..

Welcome Jack, good luck for the season ahead

Got back from the game about 20 minutes ago! One of if not the worst game ive ever seen between 2 'professional' clubs! Both teams were awful, Rasiak should be put down or at least sold, over paid, useless and un-fit!

Positives, good following of at least 1,500 i would say as the away section was strecthed ( i would say at least 50% of att was away fans.) erm....... Davis played erm......strugling for other positives, other than all will hopefully be changed by this time next week, new manager (Hopefully WGS) and 4 or 5 new players at least!

Well I have just got back, living in Bournemouth, and i have to tell you......

oh dear, there is a serious amount of work to be done, an awful lot of players need to be bought in, and a new manager with a bit about him to get the best out of what we have.

The only good points were - Mills at left back looked useful, Patterson when he came on looked busy...then I am struggling.

The bad points were - Lancashire is still as slow as before, Rasiak didnt seem interested, Lallana was...umm....**** ****in poor, there i said it.

Still its only a friendly, presumably a fitness thing and next saturday against Ajax we will begin to see the team take shape I hope.

But we are gonna need 5 or 6 players I reckon.

Having attended it was a great atmosphere but really showed how poor Saints have become in the last few years. I appreciate it is only a pre season friendly but I am afarid that we start with minus 10 points and really need to start in the league with all guns blazing when we do.

Going through the positives - Kelvin confident, Mills good prsopect, Allana although reminded me of Fernandez in going round in circles can still be an influence, Patterson keen raw but took goal well.

Unfortunately the negatives are somewhat more - Bart - is his confidence still shot to pieces dodgy punch outs and as for the goal what a joke, Lancashire - I like the lad but does not cut it, Rasiak - I have defended him in the past but just not interested, Wotton was awful at right back, and the rest were fairly anonymous (at least Jake Thomson tried....worried about Gillett not the terrier I love at the moment)

Anyway to summarise last week was FANTASTIC but we have a bloody long way to go hopefully the start will be the appointment of a decent manager - WGS anyone????

Rasiak was a complete ****,and the rest not much better!Good support from the Saints fans.Had a giggle when the stewards put netting over the "yoof" seats at half time because they wouldn`t sit down in first half.Crap support from Bournemouth,30 odd mushes singing behind their goal.
