I am buzzing about tomorrow...it could be it

we win, hudders lose and thats (pretty much) it...

not too much to ask for is it..?

forget the `pretty much'. If those results take place we are up in my mind and I'll be celebrating as such.

Thedelldays, I value your opinion and you are normally pretty much spot on. Do you think we will win tomorrow and what do you think about Huddersfields chances chances at Brighton. I just cannot call the 2 games at all, but would settle for a draw in each, but do not think I could take the last few minutes knowing a goal could go either way in both games!!

For all of you who have Saints promoted already check out the 1948 / 1949 season, you

might not be quite so convinced that it is just a formality then. :(

Perhaps Saints were spooked by Pimpley winning the First Division title that year.

Not quite the same circumstances. 62 years on.

But hey, - whatever will be will be.

End of the day, doesn't matter what Brighton do.

Two wins and we are up.

That's all Atkins needs to say to the players before kick off tomorrow.

I think that is pretty much the message Adkins will have given them all this week.

Always remember last time we were promoted I read one of Lawrie's teamtalks - I think it was away to Luton - talked about all the things the players valued and held dear was being kept in a cupboard and the Luton players were the only ones stopping them getting to it. That would be the kind of message I would put over for the next couple of games.

Don't think Brighton will do us any favours tomorror, but that's not to say that they will roll over. The bottom line is if we are going to do it, let's do it under our own steam - win our games and the rest takes care of itself - hopefully this will be the players mentality too.

Right. I have been to nearly every game this season, and the same for the last few seasons. I have gone from really hoping we would win but knowing deep down we would probably lose, to really fearing we will lose but knowing deep down that we might just snatch that win.

Thus I am very nervous about the game tomorrow, as I will be during the game, and I'd never be cocky about it, this is Saints after all, but I know really that we're a f*cking good team on this league and have a great chance of winning it.

I'm working today, finish at 5pm. Mrs LS is however going to Brentford. No radio allowed where I am, so relying on constant text updates from the better half. Mobiles are also banned, but immediate supervisor is Saints fan and he wants to know as well.

As for nervous? Yes I am. But all we have to do is match Hudds results in 2 of our last 3 games. Doesn't mean I'm not apprehensive though. What must the players be feeling?

I would love to give a prediction for today and Monday, but my head is in such a spin with all the different possible scenarios (good & bad) that I'm unable to muster what my genuine gut feeling is towards today. I would love to say I reckon we'll win today and many of you rightly are doing so, but I just can't seem to think past the saints of old and wondering how we are going to spectaculary implode and ruin it all. I THINK, we are past them days, but this weekend should confirm my doubt.

I'm Shítting bricks over these mammoth games. Couldn't make it up to Brentford today but shall be there in Plymouth.

COYS!!!!

If youre on twitter you can configure it to send you text alerts when @officialsaints or @jordansibley post an update FOC, handy but might wanna put phone on silent if around others as it mean your phone goes mental for 90 mins
