A Grand Jury in Florida has found that the administration of Governor De Santis misappropriated $10M by switching it from a Medicaid fund to help poor children get health insurance to political action committees linked to De Santis' wife, and used to oppose a statewide ballot on legalising marijuana.

There’s a majority of Cuban and Venezuelan ex-pats and second generation who are very hardcore populists and vote for him and Trump in large volumes. They won’t bat an eyelid at him doing that. The first generation were instrumental in the JFK assassination and Watergate scandal so not a recent thing, Hence why Trump likes it there so much. Pity for the rest of Floridians who aren’t MAGA or exiles.

Donnie's third attempt to get his appeal against his Stormy Daniels fraud convictions moved from New York State Court to Federal, ( where his lawyers hope his Presidential immunity would cause the verdicts to be dismissed ), has been denied;

"Paying hush money to an adult film star or engaging in a cover-up of an embarrassment are not subsumed in presidential immunity,”  the Judge said.
