Just watching the info about the rule changes for this year. Let's see how many weeks this 8 seconds rule lasts for the keepers.

Lewis O'Brien will need watching because if we give him space he has the ability to run the midfield. Was a bit disappointed we didn't sign him.

The defence and midfield isn't any surprise.

Like everyone else, AA centrally hasn't worked before. Perhaps this will be different or Still will just be the latest to give him a try there, before putting him wider.

Fraser vanished from proceedings last season. Hopefully Still has him back to when he joined us.

If nothing else, I'm just looking forward to seeing us more proactive in games and having the fitness to do that at a decent pace.

Fernandes on the bench I expected, played very few minutes in pre-season. I don't think its an indicator to me that he's off yet. If he isn't subbed on until late or at all then perhaps there's more to it.

No it isn't you plum. Edwards, Quarshie, Downs, Charles, Armstrong would get in most championship teams.

Is it fuck. It’s a very strong championship team and good options off the bench. Stephens, Frazer not ideal obviously but still can do a job at this level. I’d fully expect us to bring in some extra quality going wide and midfield but that defence, midfield look good, 3 on the bench who could start and with Baz cooking in goal it’s decent

Fernandes missed the Brighton game through illness. He has missed training. That is why he is only on the bench.

Our bench could be a point of difference in the last 30 minutes. Their first XI looks solid and competitive for this level, albeit we should have a bit too much still, but their bench is either untested or over the hill compared to ours which is very strong for this level.

Yep, you could make a case for any of them on the bench to start. Stewart, Archer, Downs and BBD are very strong options off the bench up top, surely we will sell at least one and Wood, Manning could have started. Fernandes would probably be the best player in the league but obviously he’s gonna go
