So we're still just trying to use our one and only tactic then. And Baz's first attempt at a mid length bal goes straight out of play under no pressure.

Need to switch from faffing about at the back Coventry so far are too good for us to be playing that game - we panic it out and straight back it comes at us

Without Fellows we lack someone to transition the ball forward from midfield.

Are Cov looking like world beaters?

They are quick to get the second ball and pressing hard. Meaning we've resorted to panic at the back and hoof it long. Lampard tactics working perfectly so far.

It's not hard though. This football is so easy to nullify. I said earlier that in the thread. Could be embarrassing today.

I would have thought Manning at RWB would have been better than Welington to be honest, at least he's match sharp and has shown he can cut inside and get a good shot away. Welington being thrown back into the team on the wrong side is just asking for him to be awkward and uncomfortable.

Crowd are too patient, give the passing around the back a full load of jeers and slow hand claps. Knock it out of the player’s systems.

We're playing like it's the second half already

Forgotten that we need to have a 2 or 3 goal lead before retreating into our shell.

That would have been too sensible and obvious to the muppets ruining the club.

The lack of a target man and the ability to try something different is so blatantly obvious.

I see people criticising "return to Martinball" but in all honesty there is no point in going long today, they are too big and powerful at the back.

I know it's a lunchtime game right before Xmas, but the atmosphere sounds terrible.

Harsh, Coventry fans are in great voice...

Could stretch them via the channels though, doesn’t have to be diagonals straight at their CBs. This ponderous, plodding shit just fuels their press and proving very effective for Coventry.

Who the f..k are these one eyed muppets on comms?!!

I know right?! They just said comfortable save for Bazunu. Don’t they know that EVERY shot he faces is world class and placed perfectly. No such thing as a comfortable save for him! 😂

They've got both their first choice CBs our though. That's something that we really should be exploiting, but obviously won't be.

It's clear so far Coventry are a well organised dangerous side, if we can contain them for a while we have a chance but we are far to passive recently

Leo should be passing that.

Needs to get his shot off the ground and he probably scores that.

I get it, but we've tried that too and they're just too on it. Coventry are dominating because they started the game right up for it. If we can keep them out until they settle down we might be able to try a few different things, right now it's just about frustrating them.

Doesn't mean they're not any good. Their backup CBs are almost certainly better than our first choice.
