i See we've added Albert Jones to the coaching roster as 1st Team Analyst. 3.7 years experience at Saints

Promoted into the role after 1 year  for U21, 1 year as performance analyst, 7 months before that as Academy analyst, Prior to this he held a role for 6 months work at PFF whom he joined from Oaktree Garden Centre where he held the role of Shop Assistant for 4.5 years

This is unfair. He has spent at least 4 hours and fifty quid getting his online Professional Football Scouts Assocation level one in Talent Identification level one.

As it's an online course, that's 4-6 hours to find the internet, and you get a pass.
