If we don't get our booking fees back there's going to be a fucking riot. I also want my semi final cost refunded but I accept that's less likely. The club should definitely look to financially compensate fans in some way.

What about train tickets and parking? 
 

We’ve already paid for our parking. 
 

EFL have cost fans thousands. Genuinely a fucking joke they let us sell the tickets if this was a possible outcome

I held off as long as possible on accommodation but booked it Sunday as everywhere was selling out fast! Ferry, train and accommodation for 3 of us £750 for the weekend...

 

Worst bit...we're in an apartment on Wembley Way so can't escape the "wish we were here" feeling 😞 Just gotta get up and out Saturday morning and stay away till it's all died down...so as much as I'll be pissed if they don't refund the £2.50, I'm more pissed that we spent what we did in good faith!

i booked parking but as i stupidly held off until the appeal i've missed the 72 HOUR refund deadline. I've asked them to take mercy on me but if they dont will send the club the bill

Why 10-14 days? Other refunds from anyone else can be processed quicker.  Club just delaying processing the money.  Come on Michael Fenn, do the right thing and process faster.

Semi final costs should absolutely be part of the deal.

My refund for tickets, coach and booking fees is shown as pending against my credit card. I also paid for membership in order to get an extra ticket for my son who isn’t a STH. The membership itself is worthless as only applicable for the playoff game. Is anyone else going to try and get a refund for that too?

Nothing at all for me yet. Absolute shit show. Interestingly I returned an item on Saturday from another retailer, money in Wednesday. It’s just simply not good enough.

I saw a statement from the West Ham board of directors to their fans. The PR was spot on, and tamed a difficult fan base. It outlines also a 30% reduction for season ticket renewals.

SFC are taking the piss here quite frankly.

I received a full refund, including the booking fees, to my credit card yesterday morning. I think they’re working through in order of the purchase dates.

Indeed. I work in the retail payments industry and there's no technical reason why refunds couldn't have happened much quicker than they have. Someone somewhere decided to do it in slow time. (The volume of sales involved isn't a valid excuse)

Just checked, still no refund for me. 

I did purchase my tickets the afternoon we were kicked out, so maybe I will be one of the last to get my money back?

Nothing yet but the Club did say up to 14 days so I'll happily wait till then.

Mine doesn't even show as purchased on the ticket page. Not sure that bodes well!
