West Ham couldn't beat what was effectively nine men for the last 10-15 minutes, with both QPR fullbacks more or less passengers.

And people, to a degree understandably, were proclaiming everyone else were also rans after they hammered Wrexham. Still hope it can get toxic again if they slip. There is a lot of hate for Nuno waiting to bubble up.

West Ham showing they are not all they are cracked up to be. They looked poor tonight and, considering many feel they'll run away with this league, it just goes to show they are not head and shoulders above the rest and it promises to be a close race among those looking to make the top 2.

I agree if West Ham have a dip for a few games it is very likely the fans will turn on the manager just as they have with previous managers. So I definitely don't think then going up in the top 2 is the done deal that some seem to assume.

Pun intended?

Perhaps a JWP masterclass up there in a Saints win will rack it up a bit for them, wondering why ‘Baldy’ saw fit to persecute a good player

But how many shots have Leicester had? 🙂

Dunno but they've certainly been brave. Fans won't think so but it's all starting to click. Gotta be patient and trust the process.

Our two defeats have come against 2 poor performing sides, very frustrating. Do wonder how much the cloud over Tonda has affected things, especially in away games. Hopefully we win tomorrow and kick on.

Notice Hardwood-Bellis not even on the bench for Villa again. Such a weird purchase for them.

Frustrating from a Saints point of view to lose such a key player for him to not even be playing (other than their league cup game).

Not the best set of results across the Championship today - if we win tomorrow against Pompey though it’ll be largely forgotten.

Early days, long way to go. We need a good performance and comfortable win tomorrow to set us up for a tough midweek trip to Norwich. A 9 point week would be fantastic with Bolton coming to St Marys next weekend. That would put us in a strong position.

Think we need points on the board before facing the mighty Bazunu next week

Russell Martin football has rubbed off on Man United, Spurs spurning chance after chance and every goal kick MU trying to play out from the back and getting caught every time.

The Jason Wilcox factor perhaps.

Oh good Strictly is on - Manure v Spuds is turgid fayre

I very briefly watched West Brom v Birmingham at lunchtime and it was miles better than this.

Premier League is finished 😂

Been saying since the first relegation that the PL is boring.

Little jeopardy, few surprises.

I thought it has been a pretty lively game. Almost feel for Spurs fans - how they are 1-0 down is incredible

I will never in my life understand players going in with these faux headbutts. I don't want to actually harm my opponent but I do want to get sent off for it. Smart move.

If RDZ is dismissed, who would they?  Spurs seem to have an endless carousel of managers.

Russell Martin is possibly free soon. He would see himself as a great fit there.

I'm sure they have a lot of scar tissue to heal.

How much did they spend last window?

I can’t believe the concussion protocol wasn’t followed when Shaw took that enormous blow.

Bizarre equaliser.

Actually, thought it went straight in, but very slight touch from Solanke.
