Armando Broja on the bench for Burnley. He’s scored one goal in all competitions since his loan to us five years ago. He cost £20m.

He was electric for us. I haven't seen a player like him for a long while. Height, pace, guile, finishing, tenacity. He could've been incredible.

He scored 6 goals in 32 games. Let’s not get carried away here.

Bit OTT but I do recall him looking very good in his debut as sub against Wham. They were battering us and then AB came on and nearly won it, hit the post after racing past his man from deep. Had a purple patch of goalscoring later that season then went quiet. Did the square root of fuck all back at Chelsea before that bad injury and never been the same since, and never will.

Yeah but he was 20 years old. He was very impressive for his age.

Burnley crowd getting toxic, a bit like us last year before we sacked Will Still!

Their manager won't last, can't believe someone who was managing Haverfordwest a few years ago is out of his depth...

Shocker of a start for Burnley really, 8 points from 11 games and only 1 win. Surely auto chances gone already. I guess with play offs going down to 8th place now you can't totally rule them out of that yet but will need quite a turnaround.

My main takeaway from that is that Wolves really don’t look that good. Really lucky to win that, gifted 2 goals.

Yep, and also that Burnley are worse, when people thought they might be turning things around

Some on here thought he was the next best thing. 😂

They'll have Armstrong back soon

Was hoping it would be a draw, wolves still picking up points without playing well

Probably worth sticking a fiver on a Boro win given how jammy they’ve been so far this season

I was just gonna say that.

The top sides can seemingly turn around a 2-0 deficit quite a lot this year.  Not watching it, but Boro have had 17 shots already.

Lankshear on the bench too.

Not any more, being brought on for second half.

Got it at 9/1 before they just scored

I don’t bet, but if I did, I would’ve put a lot of cash on them to win

I'm not a huge betting man. If I was then yeah I'd have stuck a lot more down than that!

Not a bad little profit from a spontaneous bet

Am I more happy that Boro didn't win or sad that I lost that £10...

I’ve found new ways to celebrate when Boro play.

Bet £10 on them to win on an accumulator.

They never won so I’m bloody happy as I hate them so much.

Fuck me tenner!

Might be debatable but I don’t actually think Lankshear is that good. Hes scored a few goals but he’s not prolific and he is a gamble.

Most have been tap ins from the six yard box, and because he’s English any club buying him had to pay the English tax, which means his value goes up.

He’s made an ok start but I wouldn’t say I’ve seen enough that makes me go “bloody hell I wish we had him”.

Interesting take, 9 goals in 11 games now. I wish we had him personally, especially as it’s looking clearer game by game that SR and Spors have once again left us short in the striker department.

Haven't we scored in every game this season?

I think it's time to put Spygate behind us, but it's still good when Boro drop points as they are likely to be one of the main promotion rivals.

I literally said we’d been left short in the striker department.
