This. Except I won't scream, I'll just be p*ssed off.

Maybe he was concentrating on his job?

Confirmed: Caulker loan cancelled; Moves on loan to Liverpool
Patrick Bateman replied to Maggie May's topic in The Saints
I'm astonished. Genuinely! Oh well, if you're going to "play" for a mid table side, may as well play badly for the bigger named one ... -
Is that true? Brilliant, I like him even more; "sorry lads, enjoy your bog standard chicken and pasta lunch, I'm having a 3 course meal in the corner on my own"
-
At the moment, I couldn't give a f**k about that in all honesty. We already seem to have a couple of dodgy players in that department. What we need is proven Premier League quality, Shelvey and Austin would both be perfect to come in, bang some goals in and maybe help us finish top 10 again - the extra £m for higher placed finishes is worth it. You never know, they may also find their "spiritual homes" and stay forever and be perfect angels ...

No it bloody hasn't. Unless you support Spurs or Leicester. If you're going to write an article and spam football forums with your articles, at least have the bloody grace to say "hey, I wrote a blog, do you agree with the content?"
-
No, to be fair, Liverpool are just hilarious! EVERY year since Graham Souness was manager, I've had people who claim to support them tell me that "next year is our year once our youngsters bed in"
-
I'm looking for the fishing emoticon, but there isn't one, grrr.

I don't get the universal hate for Man Utd, they're a quality club, the biggest in the world (still) and him going there will do them wonders. They're an unfit (comparatively), disorganised mob and I'm pretty sure he'd get them winning stuff again for everyone to hate more.

This.

I'm not a "sack the manager" type, but you're totally right with that statement - most other clubs would have the P45 ready for that kind of record. I'd still rather we kept him though, we just need a bloody striker who can take the chances. Yet again, had we taken some of those chances, we'd have won. Yet again.
-
I bet you that he wouldn't have.

FC Midtjylland 1 Saints 0 - Post Match reaction
Patrick Bateman replied to St Chalet's topic in The Saints
£71? Ridiculous and obscene. If ever there was a match to boycott properly, that would be it. £71 on top of a season ticket, cup tickets etc., ridiculous. -
Jesus. It's the FA Cup! What's the point in supporting a team if you don't want a cup run? "I'm not that bothered" [about the FA Cup], seems to be mantra of the dull, modern fan.
-
Shelvey and Naismith? You know what, yes please to both. Exactly the sort of players we need; proven Premier League ability, can both score goals, but happy to get stuck in and give their all and neither would be on 'stupid' wages. I'd rather we signed them (and Charlie Austin, or am I being greedy?) than anymore players from the Dutch league etc. We have enough of those in the squad, we need players who can come in and make an instant, Premier League level impact.
-
Without any stats to back this up, my hypothesis would be that a good January signing should be an established Premier League player rather than someone who doesn't know this league. They'd presumably be able to hit the ground running without having to adjust and all that. I'd welcome spending over the odds on someone like Austin, Remy or anyone else that has proven they can score in this league.

Have a good one mate

It did seem to go rapidly downhill after that incident. You might say that the players were p*ssed off that a well respected member of staff (in her field) was treated so badly by him and they let it show!
-
Yet another young player with a f**ked knee. With the pace and style of the modern game, we're really going to have to start looking the players better or be more intelligent about how they train. Someone with pace, with a bust knee, won't return to the full promise he showed.
