I'm going and we have a 100% record in games I've attended this season.

This is nothing new and at the moment is just tabloid gossip. Please keep it on the 'Manager Gossip' sticky. Thanks.

I was in Lincoln the night of the Lincolnshire Earthquake a couple of year back. Was pretty strong and I wasn't more than 20 miles from the epicentre. Nearly crapped myself at the time, thought someone had crashed a bus into the front of the house.

Have you considered being airline cabin crew for a year or two? There's plenty of traveling in that and depending on the airline you could be sent out anywhere in Europe. The downside is you probably wont get a lot of choice in where you get sent, but there's always a good banter in most places and you don't need any qualifications.

I think when this came up last time the best choices ended up being either a Burmese Python or poison.

Sounds a lot like something Top Gear would do to take the p*ss out of PCness. Ethnic, disabled, female, gay, gypsy Stig it is then.

I'm going with a team of: Davis Butters - Fonte - Martin - Harding Judy - Hammond - Morgan - Dickson Lambert - DC Assuming Lallana is still injured.

Had an awesome weekend in Spa with Baj, JustMike and Spudgun. Got to see all 3 days of actions in what has to be one of the most entertaining and wettest Grand Prix weekends for some time. Arrived at the track Friday morning to a thunderstorm. I've never seen anywhere so dark at midday as that. It was like an eclipse. Tipped it down all day, but it at least made some of the practice sessions a bit interesting. Saturday provided one of the best qualy sessions I've ever seen. Everyone desperate to get a lap in before the rain came in the first session, to the point where cars were overtaking and crashing into each other on their flying laps. It was a like a 2 lap race, with more action than the whole weekend at Bahrain or Barcelona. The race was brilliant too. We all went nuts when Hamilton beat Webber off the line and came through to lead, past where we were sat on the first lap. Wanted Rubens to have a good 300th Grand Prix, but laughed my arse off at his colision with Alonso. Wasn't even close to getting the car slowed down for that corner. Then that muppet Vettel ruined a perfect weekend by taking out Button with a Formula Ford level mistake. Gave him a nice big boo, then a cheer when he went past with a puncture several laps later after another colision. Nearly shat myself when it rained and Hamilton went off and was gutted for Kubica losing out to Webber with a mistake in the pits. To cap off an excellent race, Rosberg stuck one past Schumacher at the end and Alonso went and spun off into the barrier. Went nuts again when Hamilton hung on for the win after the second safety car. After all that me and Baj stood playing along to the national anthem on vuvuzelas during the podium ceremony on the giant screen. Then we ducked under the fench and wandered halfway back round the track to Eau Rouge. I've even got a chunk of carbon fibre from Alonso's crashed Ferrari as a souvenir. Epic weekend, if you ever get chance to go to the GP at Spa, I can't reccomend it enough.

I would say Martin 100%. For the simple season that he will probably get better, whereas there is no way on Earth Jaidi will get any quicker. I might be tempted to use Jaidi against a Grant Holt/John Parkin/Steve Howard type lump, but for me Martin is the answer. Not Hoofbourne.

I think he has signed because I saw a load of sink stoppers with his face on in the Megastore earlier. Think it's our new range of Nicky Butt plugs.

1.36, but I was typing one handed (eating a sandwich, I'm not THAT excited about Saints).

Was it balls! I was looking at the wrong line when I came onto the pitch and you could resist having your 50th moan of the night. -
You're forgeting the mighty Jason St Juste.

Now it's official, there's a sticky thread at the top. Please keep it on there. Thanks

Just got mine in the post too. 35 minutes into the second half for Nick's sending off. Not really much to see, but it was quite funny at the time. -
Your user name reminds me of one. Scooby Do, Daphne would get it. Infact I've heard that the in joke between the show's writers was that when Fred, Velma and Daphne were off 'investigating' together, leaving the audince following Sha-ggy and Scooby, they were actually just having a threesome.

I don't remember any allegations of substance abuse when he was at Saints. Sounds a bit like hearsay to me. Gossip and rumours, not the band. With regards to his Saints career, I think it was pretty much over when he left us. He looked fairly overweight and was rumoured to be on a fairly heafty wedge too. He needed to move on and I can't remember too many tears be shed when he left. Then I wasn't on Saints Forever in 2003 so maybe I missed it. Also Tessem came on as a late sub for Anders in the Cup final. Not sure what's particularly wrong with that, I can't see as KD would have made any difference. I think Jo merited an appearance far more than Davies based on that season, although Davies did get an injury time equaliser in the 4th round game at home to Millwall, so we have him to thank for that.

Don't be retarded, Jermaine Wright will be playing LB.

This thread has been locked because it is pointless. Peace and love everyone. -
Pahars moved back to Latvia ages ago. Think he's now doing coaching at Skonto Riga.

It's just lowest common demoniator TV. It would get on my tits, only I really couldn't give a flying f**k about it. There's just no imagination in a lot of TV shows/personalities. I use the world personality in the broadest possible spectrum of the term, including a complete lack thereof. To name a few examples: Katona - Has been girl band fragment. Hasn't achieved anything of note in nearly a decade, people just watch her because she's messed up. Jordan - Very similar story. Pushing the boundaries of "glamour model" completely in the wrong direction. People watch her because of a turbulent personal life and a desire for gossip. Big Brother - Put tw*ts in a house and observe. A very basic formula which grew tiresome after a couple of series, however brain dead viewers somehow kept it alive for the best part of a decade. Jedward - They used to be on X-Factor. For many, that alone is reason to obsess over them for years. When will someone dare to be different and create the next League of Gentlemen or Little Britain? They may not have been to everyone's taste, but those those that were, they were brilliant. I'm sick of these programmes with no imagination, which are just vaguely entertaining to the bottom rung of the intelectual ladder.
