BBC state Pardew get Newcastle job within 24 hrs.
SNSUN replied to Paul Chuckle's topic in The Saints
That this is the 'big name' Hughton lost his job for is farcical. I'm sure the Newcastle fans will be underwhelmed. -
I think it's called "Daughters wanting money" syndrome. I'm lucky enough not to suffer from this, but my Dad used to get them all the time when my sister lived at home. Incidentally, I had a flashing light in my eye the other day, the worst thing you can do when something is wrong with you is look on NHS Direct, even the non-hypochondriacs will worry. It said I could have eye cancer or diabetes, so I was cacking myself, but in the end it turned out it was the warning sign of a migraine. Mightily relieved I must say.

I think it's disgusting they've sacked Hughton, totally disgusting. He's come in, got them promoted, got them mid-table in the Premiership then sack him to bring in a big name. I don't mind Newcastle but I genuinely hope they go down now. They've been itching to get rid of him for weeks. What did they expect, winning the Premiership at the first time of asking? Disgusting. -
If she wants to be a "Gangsta" so much, someone should do us all a favour and shoot her. Can't stand her. Don't care who wins, Matt or Rebecca. Actually don't care full stop. I wish my missus hated reality shows...

I've just seen Hargreaves in Winchester Services. He's got a Whopper. ...he wasn't eating anything though.

sad to hear surman out for the rest of the season

Started well for them, it'd have made forthcoming trips to Carrow Road more bearable if I could've watched him play. (Stupid girlfriend...) Hope he gets back to fitness in time for a return to a newly promoted Saints. :-) -
Surely if your kids were Chinese, you'd only have one of them?!?!??

At boarding school, we were forced to do our homework between 7pm and 9pm each night, there was no getting out of it. I used to hate it, it was monitored too to make sure we weren't mucking around or sneaking off to avoid doing it. The biggest annoyance was that of we had a day with little homework to do, we had to sit there for anything up to 90 minutes with nothing to do but compose our thoughts. That said, my best work at school was achieved through homework, so looking back, allotting time for it can only have been a good thing. I don't have kids yet, but hope I'm not too far off, but I reckon I'll enjoy helping them out with homework. (I might think differently in ten or so years though!)

I once watched a documentary called "The Snowman". It was about a snowman that abducted a child and flew him hundreds of miles away to be leered at by his mates. It was the sickest documentary I saw about child abduction until I saw another documentary called "The BFG". Sickening stuff.

That happened to my best mate. He quit smoking for 8 months but started smoking only cigars. A few weeks later he was begging me for a fag.

I once had my wallet nicked in Liquid in Windsor. It was found by a toilet attendant down one of the bogs, all the cash had gone, and strangely the johnny I kept in there for relations of the intimate nature had also disappeared, but everything else was still in there, including my London Underground staff pass (which I would have copped a world of shyte for losing). It smelt of wee, but it was good to get it back, cash is cash, I'd have probably just spunked it away anyway.

When I first saw Morgan, I though he was toss, but I mustard mit he has improved a great deal. The problem is that Hammond has found form, and the signing of Chaplow has provided us with a quality player that can get forward and score goals. It's good to have three central midfielders fighting for two spots, but sadly for Morgan, first choice at the moment is Deano and Chaplow. Morgan is a player we should keep hold of as hard as possible. If we do get out this god forsaken league this season, he'll be a real asset in the Championship, we know Chaplow is a Championship quality player anyway (if we can sign him permanently, or indeed have already signed him permanently), but it's a new step up for Deano. Who knows how he'll fare in the nPC. Failure to get promoted this season will see him gone anyway, and I dread to think about it but the likes of Fonte, Lallana and Barnard (and possibly Lambert) will follow suit. So, put simply, promotion is a must to keep them around. Can we hang on to Morgan? Sure, we have the means to do it, it'll be the players' decision if he wants to go.

Better ****ing make it count then. Top of the League by January?!?!

Never liked Pot Noodles. Cheap crap. Rather have me some Super Noodles.

I bought some aftershave that smells like breadcrumbs. Birds love it. Can someone please send my aunt a Christmas card? Send it to: Lily Loves, 2b, Well Rd, Tillet, Herts.

Just been on, mine's fine.

Or words to that effect...

A comic genius, he will be missed. RIP

An ok draw but it's my missus's birthday that weekend so i'll no doubt be watching the Norwich vs Droylesdon or Leyton Orient. Groan.
-
Home to Blackpool, would've preferred away.

This. Against Peterborough, when the play was in the final third, Rickie was on the halfway line helping out. For a player that, as a striker should thrive on tap ins, his positioning is not great. He shouldn't be sold though, he'll come good, but we do need a quality league one striker in addition in January, in a similar mold to Lambert. (Jordan Rhodes pretty please!)
-
Yes we are. But not in attack if Lambert's out and Barnard is playing with an injury. Wonder how good Doble is, I reckon we might find out soon enough.
-
Norwich at home please, any excuse to annoy my missus. Or Man U away. Whatever.
-
Poor Doble must wonder if he'll ever make an appearance!
