I have listened to all the gossip and rumour; considered all the arguments; looked at all the evidence; turned hearsay and speculation in to fact and have decided that the club will announce tomorrow, when NC returns from his meeting in Switzerland with the appropriate approvals, that our new first team management structure will be: Director of Football - Martin O'Neill First Team Coach - Nigel Adkins Adkins will bring his buddies with him to fill the other roles. IF we do not look like going up he will be gone! I can see many of the players leaving in Jan and not being replaced.
