Players all going to Vegas Friday

Blimey, i'd love to be a fly on the wall. This set of players enjoy a massive bender once in a while that's for sure, and fair play to them. Odds on that Lallana is pictured naked in one of the tabloids next week though!

The minimum drinking age in Las Vegas is 21, and the minimum gambling age is 21. Minors are not allowed in the casino gaming areas.

A few of them could be facing a dull holiday. Although, all of them were illegally drinking in the St Mary's stands on Saturday (including 17 year old Chamberlain). So who knows, maybe they'll get away with it :D, but is Vegas really the best idea for a company with young employees?

OMG i am going on Sunday, not to be creepy but any idea where they are staying. I am definitely gonna go try and find them. Will keep you all updated, camera at the ready, ready to beat them at poker!

That is a little bit creepy but hey, would love to see the photo's of you taking their money, which you help put in their pockets!! What goes around!

I'd like to point out the Nigel said (and if he didn't he should have) that the team couldn't of achieved promotion with out the backing of the fans. On this basis I believe NC should spring to a four day Vegas bender to all fans who have been to a saints game this season.

So that's where all our ST money goes is it? Bloody hell. What have they done to deserve this then? Faks sake not as if they were any good this season. Bloody rubbish. And the club is spending all this money before fixing the beer. Rubbish. What have they ever done for us.

And Huddersfield have got the playoffs first thing saturday :D

Vegas Saturday morning for finishing in the automatic places or a nervy day in the the play offs ... so now we know the true motivation for our end of season run ;)

Seriously though they deserve it, hope they have a good one.

It is in the stands at St Mary's. ;)

Did you see him from on the pitch with the other 10,000 people also breaking the law, or did you stay in the stands?

"the consumption of alcohol within view of the playing area including, during the restricted period (15 minutes before the start of the event to 15 minutes after the end of the event), rooms within the ground from which the event may be directly viewed;"

I hope the 15 minutes had passed or they were al breaking the law, you should report them.

In the private areas? ;)

Nope, they were drinking in the disabled area in front of the directors box. Throw the book at them I say! :D

It really is silly that you can drink in the stands at cricket and rugby but not football. Bloody hooligans ruining it for the rest of us.

So did you go on the pitch MLG or not?

I didn't, I stayed in the Kingsland and enjoyed the celebrations from there. :)

What I did see was a lot of people after the initial buzz of being on the pitch have an anti-climax and milling around not knowing what to do. Everyone could have quite easily stayed in the stands and still enjoyed the post match celebrations and a lap of honour (which the pitch invasions ruined the chances of happening).

Good lad, wouldn't want you being a hypocrite and run on the pitch with everyone else, we all know your stance on breaking the law. I personally enjoyed being on the pitch, having a sing song with the players joining in and then going back to the pub, the players seemed to quite enjoy it as well. I also drove at 40mph in a 40 limit today, once a criminal always a criminal.

Totally agree, would have kept the real party going much longer, a real shame, opportunity lost! Can never see the point of running onto the pitch.

I'm sure Nigel would have said "could have...".

I went on the pitch (first time since Sheff U, I like my on-pitch celebrations to be worthwhile) and then wandered around anti-climactically not knowing what to do. I could have easily stayed in the stands and still enjoyed the post-match celebrations and a lap of honour which the pitch invasion ruined the chances of happening.

So I did that the following day at the All-Star game instead, which is almost certainly why they had it.

Given we all think spirit and togetherness hasn't been this good for several years, I see nothing wrong with this trip whatsoever. A chance to celebrate together as a team (WAGS not going I believe) to ensure through thick and thin next season - and there will be little runs where we don't do well - one thing we won't be lacking is togetherness.
