The expectation, and entitlement of gen z is unreal. I have a degree, I should get the job I want. Behave. They should all be made to watch Layer Cake and understand the way of the world. 2

And herein lies the issue, there is an expectation of a higher level job because she has a degree. When I went into employment in 2006 I had to go in at a Junior level for a role I wasn't interest in, but I needed to get a job. Nail ln head. Don’t want to start at the bottom these days. You wonder what sort of jobs they’re applying for. I bet none of them are entry level role, the fact the girl says rejected for no experience despite having a 2:1 just shows the arrogance and entitlement. If you’re that good get an entry level job and show how good you are. I can actually rely a personal experience of a nepo baby I know, got put into at £18k a year private school to help her get better A levels, got an internship after leaving 6th form at the company her dad was a director of. £32k a year working from home. Not happy, doesn’t like the job, it’s boring etc etc. doesn’t know she’s born Edited 3 hours ago by Turkish 3
