Josies - have a few scattered round. Winchester, Romsey, Chandlers Ford and a couple more

The Romsey one are normally miserable about that. Tomato to sausage is a proper upgrade. Good work.

A decent banger will cost more than an egg. I go the other way - try to keep the processed meat light, but go heavy on the eggs.

i cant stand eggs, i dont know what it is, i want to like them but it turns my stomach. I can do an omlette or anything where you cant see or smell them but an egg, fried, scrambled and particularly boiled really makes me feel sick

Seeing so many motorway bridges decked out with flags celebrating the life of a Turkish mercenary who fought in the Roman army. We are such a welcoming country for people from overseas.

Listening to my wife doing her DuoLingo Dutch course. This morning she has learnt the phrases "The elephant is concerned about his toes" and "The ducks are concerned about the rhinoceros' clothes".

You never inow when this sort of thing will come in handy.

She's clearly landed her dream job as a keeper at The Amsterdam Zoo for Paranoid and Needy Animals.

Darn Duolingo! I was going for that. I figured a Steve McClaren accent would see me through.

Not watching the Great British Bake Off. Or any cooking programme come to that. Or any programme involving candidate eliminations.

Where the contestants have been pre-selected by the producers to provide "the right mix".

Sitting with a cup of tea watching a squirrel scoot in and out of the cat flap to collect peanuts (I'd left a bag out to fill the bird feeders).

A cute red one, or the rat with better publicity?

A gray one. But this one and it's partner both sneak in, with different techniques before playing in the garden until they annoy the cat enough. Cute.

Where I live in Ontario, we usually only get red squirrels, but this summer there has been a grey squirrel (more black than grey, if you ask me) hanging about on our country road. It seems to me that if the grey squirrels ever got established they would slowly bully the red ones out of the area. Indigenous species getting squeezed out by the aliens.
