Although I've already renewed, I want to move.

Originally, the club said that you could do that from tomorrow. They've now changed that to Tuesday 17th.

15 minutes to go... I'm still wrestling with it.

Getting married next year and funds are tight all-round. 😬

Doesn’t seem to be that many available to move at the same price or above if you try and choose a new one from the stadium layout

If you wait until Tuesday, the seats of those who have not renewed become available.

Bloody hell, trying to move my season tickets. I'm number 92 in the queue, who ever is front of me bloody hurry up, no idle chatting.

Oooh I'm number 86 now, going to be here a while

Just been down to the ticket office to move my seat. Steady stream of people but didn't have to wait long.

The ticket office guy said that they were surprised at the high number of renewals.

Why do so many want to change this year?  Scar tissue from last season or something else?

Posted

Mugs. 😂

The club don’t deserve a penny after last season.

If anything they should be paying fans to go after that shambles.

Also on a side note, petition to have season ticket price amended on a player-performance related basis?
- Fan pays full price for season ticket
- If the team performs then the fan pays no more and is rewarded for good football
- If the team doesn’t the fans ticket price is reimbursed, partially refunded and the difference comes out of the players wages.

Might make them turn up. 😂

Not really surprising given it's the first renewal after the stadium changes. Could be various reasons why people don't like their current seat eg not wanting to be close to away fans.

Probably a fair few moving from the Northam to be closer to the away fans.

They better win a match this year, or am I expecting too much

Very Frustrating. But the ticket office must take a while to arrange seats in the other grounds Saints fans would prefer to watch football in next season. 🙂

Other grounds being Eastleigh, Totton and who else ?

Trouble with that is, that even if you move to be closer there's still a huge gap between the away fans and the nearest home fans....so it's not like you're going to be able to move and be like it was in the Northam. You can wave and swear to each other from a distance.

Any indication of how many sold?

We've seen an amazing return of Season Ticket holders from last season, and several new Saints fans joining the red and white army for 2025/26.

Now, after a week of being off sale, the last remaining Men's Season Tickets are available to purchase at the new Season Ticket holder price.

With 85% of the Northam already sold out and limited availability remaining across the rest of St Mary's

I guess that must be 19 to 21k sold or will be. Did we have 23k first season at St Mary's

Seasons 23k

Away 4k

Corp boxes 1k

Netting 500

Members, day tickets 4k

Away 4k

We've never given 4k for league games, away fans only get a max of 3k in the PL and we only have to offer 2k in the Championship (we'll probably offer 3k if needed as it looks like that section can't be easily segregated).

But reports are saying sales are going well, even if all ST aren't sold for the start of the season I'm sure they'd sell the remainder at Xmas as half-season tickets (like the old days) if we're going well.

Not surprised by the lack of interest in the Kingsland block. Among the highest priced seats and generally speaking people buying those seats won't want to be next to away fans.

In the case of my group it's because the Northam is full of inbetweeners type weirdos who engage in shit "bantz", sing songs about players cocks and generally act with no class or originality.

Just had a look on the OS to see if anything about renewing memberships (probably not until ST sales have slowed) and noticed that they've got the "last remaining MEN'S season tickets" on sale. Do they have separate seats for women? :smug:

For all the tantrums and the, "no way I’ll be renewing new season!" After every inevitable defeat, the uptake was always likely to be high. Attendances have been trending higher for years and we now seem to sell out almost routinely, even in spite of appalling results in two of our last three seasons.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if Blackburn was the only away league game which didn’t sell out this season.

We took around 3,000 there a couple of years back but they'll give you the entire end if you want it - something like 7,000.

Edit: I think the most we've taken up there is 5,000 a few years ago now.

I’ve had a season ticket for years but due to work need to look more at the membership option this year. If I was to go down the route of a member should that pretty much guarantee a ticket for the home games I am available for?

Fewer than 1,000 season tickets remaining, according to the club. Do we know what level they cap season tickets at?

I think it is at 23000 season tickets unless that has changed this season

Yeah, got an email about it from the club that linked to it yesterday with an option to pre-register for Memberships

I got tickets for ‘most’ games I wanted to attend in the last Championship season and again in the PL

Think there'll be more members than available seats but you should be able to get a ticket for pretty much anything you want. Might just need to be on the ball for certain ones eg the skates.

You’ll be fine for home games, normally fine for aways but I did miss out on Birmingham and Leeds away games last time in the championship.

As other have said, you should be fine. Additionally worth bearing the official ticket exchange in mind - as if a match sells out, there's generally dozens of season ticket holders that list their seats for resale.

Middlesborough? 4th January, long way to go after christmas and new year, weather will be crap, bleak place.

Hull away in September. Went to Hull a few years ago, think it was when Puel was manager, they were as good as down, we were crap and lost, 2-1 i think probably barely had 1000 up there. Horrible place and nightmare to get to

I can't see us taking 3k to Sheff Utd on a Tuesday night either

Posted

Got mine pencilled in with the boy.

Stoke (H) - Down visiting my sister in the summer holidays
Hull (A) if moved to 12:30 or the Sunday, as have tickets for inside number 9 at Sunderland)
Sheff U (A)
Derby (A)
Blackburn (A)
Middlesbrough (A)
Skates (A)
Stoke (A)
Sheff W (A)
Coventry (A)
Wrexham (A)

Cannot do Preston away, even though it is one of the easiest to get too, as I am doing an Ultra that day.

Cannot wait, but it is more to do with spending time with the boy, well it would not be about the shite show we all follow. Last time in the championship we did not manage to see us win away. We went to one home game Plymouth at home and we won 2-1 and tried to throw that one away. We somehow still managed to go up, which we did see at Wembley in the playoff final.

Possibly. It’ll depend on form, allocation, pricing etc. nearer the time. There’re clear a few less desirable Northern trips that might not sell out.

Have they said how much?

Last time in the championship it was £20 for kids membership but then they did £1 for Junior Members for 5 less popular games over the season which made it well worthwhile and helped them get Wembley tickets so I'll look to buy again if priced correctly.

I noticed a Birmingham fan I know gloating how great their support is as "already sold out first game of the season as soon as tickets went on sale" , seems to be they don't have many available for non season ticket holders.

Also they are only giving the minimum 2000 to away fans this season, annoying if we choose to give more than we have to (seems that we will)

Membership is fine for all home games (a couple you may want to get in early) and that is what you buy membership for. It isn't so good for away games. I recall it wasn't just Brum, Leeds two years ago. Plymouth (understandably), Bristol City, Cardiff, Swansea and the London clubs (eg Watford, QPR) also didn't go on sale to membership.

I'm wondering why you say Plymouth "understandably" as if it were close by...we're closer to Birmingham. Bristol and Cardiff are closer, the London clubs half the distance.

As a member, I'd say OK for most home games but little chance of most aways other than some of the long trips up north (particularly midweek). And next to no chance for skates, Oxford, and probably any game south of Stoke.

I am expecting us to take a reciprocal approach this season. If teams give us more than the 2000 they are obliged to then we will allow them to have additional tickets at St Mary's. Any team that refuses will just get the bare minimum. Not 100% sure how it works in terms of whether those unallocated away seats will be able to be sold to home fans or not, given the hard barrier on either side of the away end now.
