Stripey McStripe Shirt Posted Thursday at 21:19 Posted Thursday at 21:19 Besiktas apparently pulled out of the transfer. Presumably a PL club has shown some interest.

Feels to me like a nothing move and a missed opportunity for him, aside from being back in London. West Ham will achieve nothing of note in the next 3 years, I am sure. He could have taken a new life experience, playing in Europe and massive atmospheres and maybe had a chance to win a trophy. Safe and dull. 2

Safe and dull. Disagree entirely. He needs to play, and in a decent league. He won't get regular minutes at many PL teams, unless he fancies likely relegation, and a move again next summer. The Turkish move would represent a step back in football terms, and I don't share your view that being the English bloke in a Turkish team is a positive life choice. 3
Kenilworthy59 Posted Friday at 11:37 Posted Friday at 11:37 He is going to be competing with Win-Bissaka for the right back position. So could end up out of position on the left.
Willo of Whiteley Posted Friday at 13:36 Posted Friday at 13:36 I wouldn’t be surprised to see Wan Bissaka back at Crystal Palace in a year or two. Munoz will move on. I had a bet with someone that KWP would move to one of two London clubs, Fulham or Palace. 🤣

Safe and dull. He'll be a multi millionaire when he retires with plenty of time and money for 'new life experiences'.

Safe and dull. Totally agree. Perhaps it was his only PL option if he wanted to return to London. No way would he have had an offer from Chelsea or Arsenal and there would have been mutual antipathy towards any thought of a move to Spurs. Is WHU a better option than Palace or Fulham? IGiven the choice Fulham would have been the best bet, the most stable of the three and likley to stay in the PL for a few more years longer.

Disco Stu Posted Monday at 05:39 Posted Monday at 05:39 Quote And Walker-Peters revealed this was an arrival in east London that was long in the making, not least because his former Southampton captain, teammate and friend James Ward-Prowse has been pushing him to join him here for the past two years! Two years? So he's been trying to pry our best player away since the day he left? I've lost a little respect for James there 🙁
