According to the BBC Sport website - St James park is hostile tonight, anyone know why?

Just the normal aggression from those Geordies.

Might be something to do with Isak wanting to leave Newcastle to go to a better club (Liverpool) too.

Newcastle down to 10 men now.

Since when did the referee speak to the stadium to confirm the decision? Feels a bit rugby.

Since the first game of the season. I think it’s quite good.

I read initially though they were only going to do it on certain game weeks this season as a trial. I’d say it’s pretty good

Newcastle crowd are such divs, “Premier League, corrupt as fuck” sing the Saudi billionaire owned club’s fans, that were boasting how rich they were the season they got taken over.

These clubs cry like fuck when a player wants to go to a bigger club, but crow at the smaller clubs when they buy one of their players.

Geordie and Liverpool fans are skates of the north, convinced they are more special than the rest

It was Arsenal's Dowman 24 hours ago.

England will have a hell of a team in 10 years if we keep getting wonderkids like this.

Sunderland knocked out by L1 Huddersfield, and Leeds knocked out by depleted Wednesday.

What an effort by Wednesday so far this season though, they can barely put out a match day squad half the time.

They've got the wrong sort of wingers.

Wednesday's win in particular was pretty funny. They had 20% possession and relied on a Darlow own goal to equalise.

Yet Leeds didn't score a single penalty in the shootout, so out they go!

Calvert-Lewin was awful. Looked as bad as what we have up front.

Calvert-Lewin is another one of those players in the Brereton-Diaz mould, looked amazing for a season and now doesn’t even come close to resembling a Sunday League player

Talking of Managers' wedded to a particular system, look at the state of Amorim at Man United.

They have been almost entirely terrible for a while, and it has continued into this season - woeful so far at Grimsby

1-0 to Grimsby - fully deserved

Man Utd are just a mess, no idea what fixes them. They keep throwing money at it and different managers, but it never changes.
