As we all know. Embarrassingly out of his depth.

Just fuck off

And who will they appoint ? Must be time to give Nivea a go.

His very first interview was the giveaway. He might have been nervous so we can give him some slack for that but by god he’s the most boring uninspiring manager we’ve ever had. It’s easy to see why we’re so shit after his halftime team talks. Most of the players have probably slipped into a coma.

I’m quite embarrassed by how naive I was after the four wins, thinking that we had to give him the job.

I don’t know what to think anymore.

Let's be honest, he is a shite but sacking him probably won't do a thing. Until we get rid of these owners and half the squad, nothing will change.

I really like him and think he'll do well.

But then I thought the same about Will Still, so I'm basically an idiot.

Reminder to disregard anything I post.

Massive cunt.

No need to get personal like that. He's just been promoted way beyond his actual ability - which literally everyone could see when he was given the job.

He needs to be removed now though. For his own sake as much as for ours.

I was confident appointing him would be a massive mistake and so it is proving. Employing a young bloke with zero actual management experience after we’d just got rid of another young bloke with limited management experience after it unsurprisingly didn’t work out is, unsurprisingly, not working out. We are ‘run’ by a clueless bunch of cunts and it is inevitable we’ll end up in League 1 and quite possibly next season unless they fuck off.

Said it before and I’ll say it again……….Neil Warnock keeps us up, shakes up the team and won’t dance to anyone’s tune - which is why he’ll never get the job

Wait and see what I call him after putting up with Fratton next week.

He wouldn’t want it anyway. Not working for these wankers.

And there lies the problem. We are now a very unattractive proposition for any half decent manager or for any younger talented manager with aspirations of a decent career.

SR have really screwed us with this string of yes men duds they’ve put in charge.

Need a hard nosed experienced manager in now to give him a week with these weaklings before they are thrown to the lions at Fratton Park. Add in an ex Marine fitness instructor to put the fear of God in the pathetic excuses for men. Enough is enough now. Strong arm action is the only answer.

10 years ago 100% but he’s 77 and DoF to Paul Wotton on expenses in his beloved West Country. He’s been out of the game a while but I’d ask Pulis to come in and keep us up, and then replace Spors and Rasmus in the summer. He forgot in 30 seconds more about English football than those two will ever learn.

No it wasn’t, and he isn’t. Did you ever hear Still grunt his way through an interview and barely string a coherent sentence together ?

Tonda was a refreshing change after Still, but he’s not judged on interviews. Clearly it isn’t working but his interviews are the least of my concerns.

Don’t forget he’s always on lead to follow the party line, and the poor fucker - at an early stage of his career- the one to face the questions (albeit very toothless from House and Adam) whilst those responsible hide away behind their iPads, and spreadsheets, or just go home and wank in the bath.

This stands out for me. The problems are higher up.

I’ve been supportive of him as an individual  but have said from the outset it’s too soon in his career, and the Board could see his career crash.

Okay, I give up. Name him.

2-1 defeat at home to Hull

I’m going to continue this weekly until something changes.

It won’t unless Solak sacks Rasmus from SR (he did with Kraft who was also co-Director) and hires an experienced manager whom Spors is led by on what’s needed to build a decent second tier spine.

Tony Pulis for rest of the season and DoF after that as that’s not working either. Will stop the crosses coming in, drop the Martinettes, put a few others in the bomb squad, and make us harder to beat. Lives locally and likes the club. And stop a free fall straight into League 1 as is nailed on at the moment.
Been out of football a while but the basics won’t have left him and if they do it now, he will be able to strengthen the spine to keep us up.

Get this clueless baby faced clown out of our club , along with the complete cunts who appointed him. Can’t even stand to listen to his yes man type drivel in interviews

Christ on a bike, I forgot he existed.

Shamed to admit, but things are looking so bleak I could get on board with this until the end of the season. But worth remembering that Pulis’ more recent jobs - rather like Fat Sam - are pretty poor records aren’t they ? He isn’t the Pulis who had Stoke punching above their weight nearly 20 years ago.

Listening to him is like listening to paint dry. Rose tinted glasses don’t change that, sorry.

I don’t particularly care if he has a personality for the fans or the press but eff me he needs to be able to motivate his team and I just don’t see it.

With regard to towing the party line, was he not doing that on this short successful run while interim?

More possesion

more shots at goal

more completed passes

More clear cut chances

SR will look at the data and thinks he’s doing a great job

What! There wasn’t anyone else in the world who could do the job when Still was replaced. What’s changed?

WBA were still tough to beat though and he’d solve simple issues like our keeper getting blocked off at corners.

Exactly, i am baffled why it’s gone so wrong because we had several here telling us he was the only choice.

Need to put him back to where he belongs - managing the kids, and hire an actual manager before the Pompey game or it’s going to be embarrassing.

If he goes soon, I'd guess it would be Lallana managing the next two games.

Sports Republic, enough is enough

Either appoint a manager that is experienced at this level and get some competent coaches. Or sell up and fuck off!

50 points normally has you safe in this league. That’s another 17 points. 5 wins and 2 draws in 19 games. Should do it but with this bloke in charge I am not totally confident we will.

Why on earth would we appoint and experienced manager with a decent track record?
