Who's going for a season ticket next season?

All bets are off as far as I'm concern until the club comes up with a definitive answer re whether or not this plan to move the away fans section will go ahead . In my opinion they have to make up their minds up before the ST renewals go out , or kick the whole thing into the 'long grass' of the 2011-12 season .

You really can't ask fans to buy ST's and then come back to them a few weeks later and tell them that their seats are now situated in the away section .

There is no way on God's Earth that I shall be giving up my ST seat. I have waited for years to get a seat as good as mine is (centre Kingsland, on an aisle) and I shall not be letting it go lightly (if Lowe had remained with the Dutch twerp I would have given it up this season). So to answer the question in short - YES I am renewing!

Alpine,Glasgow_Saint and Delldays will be first in the new renewals queue:D

When I lived in Bournemouth I used to go alot - living in Glasgow does not make it easy to attend.

I have still been to 3 games this season (2 home 1 away) and will go to Wembley if we make it.

Thats not a bad return imo. (some posters on here never go to games and live in Southampton! Windmill Arms is one such person!)

I know Delldays goes to games occasionally and he lives in Plymouth (I think) while Alps lives in Austria so attends less frequently for obvious reasons.

Wimp !

I lived in Belgium, kept on 2 season tickets and went to most Saturday home games for years !

I even met others (occasionally) on the plane who did the same thing !

Do I get a prize ?? :)

I'm undecided.

Never had an ST before as up until October I'd been living everywhere from Ayr to Phoenix, AZ. Now I'm in Bristol I can get to Southampton easily enough, but I'm working roughly every other Saturday. Call that 12 home games at £25 a ticket, that's £300. Roughly the cost of an ST. With the added benefits of first dibs on cup tickets and away games, it might be worth it.

I do a 360 mile round trip for home games and have 2 season tickets despite knowing that I'll miss all Tuesday evening games (except this week).

This will remain the case next season.

My two ST's will become 3 as the littlun grows. 7 this year and promised one for his birthday. He has been and will be there Tuesday night. He needs to learn how great the atmosphere can get on good days/nights. I am a pensioner with a young family(which I am thankful for). Money is tight and I often miss Tuesday nights but don't care as I have my ST's.

As a throwaway, last season I didn't have an ST and was losing hope for our club. I took him and his 11 yo sister to a few games and did not see a win all season right until the last home win. This season he has seen how great it is to leave the ground after we win.

My 7yo goes home and away with me and loves it.

Makes supporting Saints all the more fun for me seeing him so happy doing it.

Spot on.

The girl is disappointed when we don't go on some Tuesday nights. She does understand that money is tight. My 6 yo is still learning to love us in the same way and gets tired/bored/restless before the end of the games.

He will be a Saint for life though because I am and his sister is and he enjoys the whole day.

The trip in the car to Southampton. The eating of burger and chips from paper and his bottle of drink that goes with it. The visit to the shop to by something for him or his room.

Unfortunately this is my third family and pension doesn't run to many away games. maybe a win on the lottery would solve that problem.

My biggest fear was what happens when my health stops me going. Now I don't think I need worry because the wife has said that she will take them for me. Life is grand. The whole family are Saints. As it should be.

Your 6 year old will look back on that when he is in his late teens and remember it fondly...

:)

I like nothing more than to reminisce about trips to the Dell, or coming round the corner and seeing St. Mary's all lit up, talksport on the radio, looking forward to my burger...

Good for you, and your post bought back some memories!

Back on topic: I will most definitely be renewing my ST, Championship, League One or League Two ;)

A question, Do you automatically get the chance to re-new your season ticket seat or can anyone buy it?

You automatically get the chance to renew your seat/s STs before a scheduled date. If you don't renew by then, your seat is up for grabs and you'd have to buy one elsewhere if it is taken by somebody else.
