Yes. I think that wrestling fans are natural Trump supporters. A gut feel which reflects a poll taken last weekend  which revealed that 63% of Americans disapprove of the tactics of ICE. 

Has Trump jumped the shark??

What happened to "LOCK HER UP !!!", and "She is as crooked as a $3 bill" ?

Epstein files = unknown!  But it is estimated to be 600 million pages.  Assume 500 words per page = 300 billion words.

Yep, and that’s why their electorate are getting the chaos, high prices and low living standards they deserve.

Trouble is, in the first term there were guardrails and this time there aren’t so the tariffs, constant flip flopping on foreign policy impacts everyone else via the American public’s stupidity.

Trump and MAGA, being underwhelmed by the fact the Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny is delivering the halftime show at the Super Bowl, have organised an alternatve show, hosted by Trump arse licker Kid Rock.

However they have hit a problem, somebody has unearthed comments by Kid Rock on SNL; Talking about the Olsen twins, who were 14 at the time, Rock said "Why is every guy in America waiting on these chicks to turn 18 ? I mean, you know what I’m saying? If there’s grass on the field, play ball.”.

Then there are the lyrics of his song "Cool Daddy Cool", where Rock sings "Young ladies, young ladies, I like ‘em underage, see some say that’s statutory.” to which his co-singer responds “But I say it’s mandatory.”

Donnie complaining about Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl, says it was "absolutely terrible, one of the worst EVER", and "nobody can understand a word this guy is saying". No of course not  except the approximately 50 million Spanish speakers in the US.

 

It's a pity the TV coverage didn't show Green Day opening the event, although they could be heard in the background playing "Good Riddance", "Holiday", and "American Idiot". Might have been funny for somebody to explain the lyrics to the orange man-baby.

JD Vance and his wife were booed by the crowd at the San Siro.

It could be clearly heard on BBC and apparently CBC, and by all of the press that were there.

For US viewers watching NBC the booing was strangely absent.

I have to be careful not to come across as a Trump supporter but I see his point to an extent on the halftime show being in Spanish.  You'd expect a big flagship national event like the Superbowl entertainment to be in the official language of the US and, despite there being 50M Spanish speakers in the US, that still leaves over 250M who don't speak Spanish.  That said, I didn't watch it, don't really care about the Superbowl and have no idea who Bad Bunny is so I'm willing to let it go if it annoys Trump that much.

"The first thing China will do is terminate ALL Ice Hockey being played in Canada, and permanently eliminate the Stanley Cup."

Also Trump is threatening to close the newly finished bridge linking Detroit to Canada until Canada pays back all that it 'owes' to the USA.
All this despite the cost of the bridge being paid for by the Canadian Govt.
The bridge is named after Gordie Howe who was a famous Canadian Ice Hockey player who also played for the Detroit RedWings.

When Trump is eventually removed from power, it would seem appropriate to put 'Dancing In the Street', originally a hit for Martha & The Vandellas and composed by Marvin Gaye, Mickey Stevenson and Ivy Jo Hunter, on a music loop around the US.

All the cities mentioned in the lyrics ie Baltimore, Chicago, DC (Washington), Motor City (Detroit), New Orleans, New York City, New Orleans Philadelphia P.A. primarily vote Democrat.

This would piss 'The Donald' off as much as Bad Bunny's performance at the Super Bowl!!

I saw that. Trumps team have effectively said that Canada will have to have a deal with them because of the disparity in their financial clout. Trump posted that Canada should give them at least half of the bridge, despite the agreement to reimburse Canada for the build, then share the revenue. There's zero point having any kind of deal with the US. 

In related news,  the downturn in the Nasdaq and stagnation of the other US markets is in stark contrast to the Japanese market. That loss of trust in the US is irreversible.
