Reporting on this is very nuanced: the Telegraph says "The UK’s overall debt levels are healthier than those of other large countries such as France and the US, ".

Just seen a pretty gruesome video of someone nearly losing their head in N.Ireland from last night. Thought it was a news update i was watching. Well done to those who helped him.
