seems to get on the end of a few knock downs here. Think we should also be looking for the bloke to provide those chances

We’d take £25m.

I would think so.  Still a long way to go, and chances are, some of our lads are “Option #3 or #4” for buying clubs.

I’d be delighted if he was the Damian Downs replacement and we are still looking at a Ross Stewart replacement

Let's be serious for a second. We aren't likely to be buying the Azaz alternative for 9 million and this bloke for similar and then also buying a Stewart replacement.

Unless Archer, Downs and BBD have new homes

Not a ringing endorsement is it ?

But several seem to think he might do okay and be better in his second season

Yeah, not a ringing endorsement but a mixed bag overall. Common theme seems to be they appreciate his team play and work rate but he does tend to fluff chances when they fall to him. He obviously got better as the season went on based on their comments and the fact McKenna dropped Hirst and was starting Azon during the run-in

So we signing the Spanish che Adams then?

If he's anything like the Adams we had in the promotion season we're in luck.

Not when it’s north of 35M not a chance we don’t bail out as we’ve seen on sc

We aren't getting £35m for a 28 year old Championship player. We'd take £25m.
