I actually think they've made some great signings so far this summer but I don't rate their manager. Could be in for a slow start with 8 new additions (and counting) to bed in. Losing Hackney has significantly weakened them too.

Tyler Onyango. Came through the Everton academy (and is best mates with Lewis Dobbin) and was released in the summer after a few L1 loans in recent years. He's been plagued by hamstring injuries which have really hampered his career so far, but the new DOF at Wednesday Simon Wilson knows him well from his time on loan at Stockport and has put faith in him with a 3 year contract.

Enforced Sub after 14 minutes ☹️

Hope he is ok

Yeah praying it's just precautionary. Looked like he got a knock when he was tackled.

I can't bear to look on Owlstalk, because there will be quite a few on there gleefully saying "I told you so!" having expressed concern about signing someone with his injury record.

I've no doubt it would be no different on here in similar circumstances, but it fucking hurts when it's someone close.

I find myself watching Boro v Lincoln purely because I want Boro to lose. No humiliation can be enough as far as I am concerned. I cannot remember (in 60 years) disliking a club as much as them.

Oh, I forgot. They are victims!

Probably going to take them some time to get over how wronged they were.

Btw if you want to extend the Boro hate, Bromley manger Woodman was giving it loads against Tonda recently. So hate them too

How do you recover from such horrendous trauma? It's the worst tragedy any football fanbase has ever endured.

Ah shit, you’ve reminded me - I completely forgot to light my candle for them today.

You've just got to take it one lawsuit at a time.

Excellent hate watch so far if anyone can get both Boro and them on the same screen

I hate to say it but feels like Boro have taken some of my hate levels for Portsmouth. Will snap out of it soon otherwise will be seeing a therapist

They are the darlings of the pundits. Many tipping them for automatic and raving about the atmosphere around the club and what an excellent coach Hellberg is, and of course Gibbo. I will hate the cunts for a very long time and don’t intend letting anything go

I agree, I don't hold many grudges, but I do with those goggle-eyed cunts.

Hopefully they've got some tissues in Middlesbrough tonight if the score remains as is. Hellberg won't have a dry eye not being able to beat Lincoln after all the money spent.

Gibson will be appealing to the EFL to invalidate Lincoln’s promotion.

100% it’s very “in” to say Boro will finish at least 2nd and that we will finish below 8th. Genuinely can’t wait for Boro to be average and for crying Kim to be sacked.

Why is Boro’s shirt red and gold?

It’s the sort of shirt a team adopts when they’ve won something.

Is it to celebrate winning the legal case?

A legal case they weren't part of... If you don't count the several conflict-of-interest members of the 'independent' panel of course....

Isn't that what they're meant to do anyway? And if they're sure and they're miles off get rid and bring in XAI. Expected guess at a decision made by a computer, reviewed by someone who hasn't a clue and then give the goal to the big team.

Quite but the modern era fuelled by VAR puts them under the microscope,  reducing their confidence.  In the pre VAR era the game carried on with no delay and the perceived injustice was forgotten so to speak .
