I doubt any experienced, top level manager would align with SR's "genius" policies. It's not just cheapness as a reason they go for up and coming managers. Noone serious would put up with their nonsense. It would quickly end in acrimony. Jesse Marsch saw through it quickly enough to avoid signing up. One of those "Arteta quits after 3 days, after realising SR are a bunch of charlatans. Police also investigating a bump on Arteta's head, and a dodgy signature, both appearing just before he was announced as manager." Edited Saturday at 21:00 by Holmes_and_Watson sp

He's been there 6 years and has won fuck all. Interesting that you’d post that now and not after beating Real Madrid twice in the space of a week. They’re second and in the CL semifinals, he’s going nowhere.

Between the four of them, their last three games have been W2 D2 L8. Sunderland also have five straight defeats. Can’t see much beyond a comfortable win for the Blades. For obvious reasons I want the strongest team to win the playoffs, which presumably is Sheff. Utd.

benjii Posted Sunday at 07:38 Posted Sunday at 07:38 Arsenal have gone from several seasons of finishing outside CL places at the end of Wenger / start of Arteta to finishing 2nd three years in a row. I think they will be happy with that for now. Pressure will come if Man City and Chelsea get their act together and Liverpool maintain their form and Arsenal drop down next season. 3
East Kent Saint Posted Sunday at 08:28 Posted Sunday at 08:28 Their main failure yesterday was highlighted on Motd ie they failed to shoot when a shot was on . Taking another touch or crossing the ball or laying it off for someone else to shoot . They need a touch of shoot on sight Pelle !

sockeye Posted Sunday at 14:26 Posted Sunday at 14:26 Manchester United truly are utterly dire. It’s a shame the promoted sides are just that bad because they would be fighting relegation any other year. Meanwhile, the PL seemingly can’t wait to get rid of us as my “favourite team” in the Fantasy app has changed itself to Newcastle.
Matthew Le God Posted Monday at 16:28 Posted Monday at 16:28 AFC Totton have today been promoted to the National League South. So you'll be able to manage them on FM26 😉 😇 2

Because they play the same dogshit formation as we did and totally lose out the midfield, Amorim same as Juric stuck to a formation that worked in slower leagues but won't in the epl unless you've 2 world class cm's

The mighty kop, special European nights at Anfield, how dare he leave to got the tinpot bernabeu 🤣

Liverpool fans pretending that what they're really upset about is the free transfer part, that he hasn't allowed the club to make money like Spurs and Kane. Because in the alternative universe where he signed a three year contract last year and then agitated for a big money move to Real Madrid this summer they'd all be absolutely fine with it and he'd go with their blessing. Do me a favour. 3

Pep is back with his wife now, so the scousers will have to settle for second in 25-26 anyway.
East Kent Saint Posted Tuesday at 12:29 Posted Tuesday at 12:29 So Pep might get a bit more relaxed 😁
Willo of Whiteley Posted Tuesday at 19:18 Posted Tuesday at 19:18 The speed at which Inter are playing out from defence is amazing. Quick, one touch, driving forward. Take note future managers.

saintstowin Posted Tuesday at 21:30 Posted Tuesday at 21:30 What a game, two games. I think our players should be forced to play two legs against both these teams back to back as a punishment for this season. 3

Just to show that it doesn't matter what game you're watching, how exciting and enjoyable it is, or how talented the players, Saints related trauma is never far from the surface. Send £9.99 a month so we can put Saints fans through intensive MLG goal replay therapy, until the dark moments retreat. 🙂 1

Fantastic keeper mind. Said to a few mates years ago he should be at a better club (when he was in Germany).
