It's an ok Championship team, but jeez that's pretty weak for our ambitions.

All the fake illnesses, and injuries annoy me . Just say 'not risking' as possible transfer in the air. We aren't stupid, we all know what's going on.

The only surprise is Downes. I wonder if he is looking for an exit.

Downes has been injured, presumably not ready yet. The only injury absentee that is actually genuine.

I think he’s the young Irish guy, Romeo, was fairly highly rated when we signed him. The squad does look particularly weak from this though. Welington surely over Manning next week though

While that part is true, the problem begins when he is being picked every game, not on merit, but because he is captain. Quarshie, THB, Wood and Edwards are all competing for the place next to Stephens.

I’m disappointed to definitively see that Tyler and Mateus are obviously off. 
Other than that delighted at no BBD or Joe Aribo.
Also Delighted at starts for Downs, Sesay and Quarshie. Out with the old in with the new! It starts here.
 

The result probably a loss - but I’m glad we not playing those that are not committed. We get trounced- SR might need hurry up a bit! We don’t get trounced play alright - start of a new era? Ish? Let’s see….🤞
