Tonda’s right hand man appointed - Ben Garner, former right hand man to Ian Holloway. Joins from the International Dreams Academy.

Appoint people to roles above their capabilities and they'll always adhere to what they're told to do. SR know what they're doing in that regard.

This guy has basically failed upwards, just take a look at his 'reviews' from Charlton and Rovers fans - and this was from his time in L1.

Is anyone surprised in any way, it’s just another completely worthless appointment and one who will just be grateful and fall in line with the SR instruction

Spors is just a head of transfers and even then it’s Rasmus dominating that as well. I’d walk if I were him. When you have a micromanager and meddler like Rasmus you can’t work with them.

He's played at the highest level, what more do you need?

We had a Champions League and Premier League winner involved last season and at the start of this season and people didn't like it btw.

The International Dream Academy had a decent run in last years Fairyland World Cup, just behind Sunshine & Lollypops Utd and Sugarplum Unicorn Athletic in the second group stage.

Who knows, personally never heard of him but we had a well known assistant with still. 

Maybe just maybe their personalities will work together and quietly behind the scenes he will do the job needed but I certainly won't be losing it over another assistant.

How in any universe is this absolute Kermit still anywhere near a football pitch. 

Let me rephrase, how have they let him out of his padded room. Both my lads are Gasheads, which unfortunately has enabled me watch this poor excuse of a PE teacher in actual game time and live through his appalling very short lived tenure at the club through two hard core fans.
 

That 100% is absolutely no disrespect to PE teachers because they are useful and do a fantastic job. 
 

I would not allow this complete fool to look after my goldfish if I was away for a night. 
 

What the fcuk are we even thinking, do we not read a CV and then actually check the facts. It’s not as if his CV is a secret, just watch video replays anywhere. 

Wow, needless to say my two boys are absolutely pi55ing themselves, as though they don’t need anymore ammunition against their old man 😂😂😂

I will say that his performance as a manager doesn't have much relevance to whether he's a good assistant. Look at Steve Wigley, he was assistant manager when we were excellent under Strachan but he was never a manager. Or Stuart Gray, who supported Glenn Hoddle during a great period but was hopeless stepping up

Honestly, remember only a few years ago it would be Liverpool or United fans laughing at us. Now it’s Bristol Rovers.

Can only assume this coaching team will be very cheap to sack when we get relegated and/or sold (fingers crossed the latter, but would probably shake on both if it meant the back of Dragan and his shit circus.
