Manning seems to make plays based on his last play rather than what's the smartest play.

He'll lose the ball because he was on his heels. Next time he's on his toes but it puts him offside.

Then he'll dawdle on a ball that should have been first time so the next time he gets the ball he first times it when there's nothing on.
