why doesnt this guy just ****ing do one??

 

he got his 5 minutes in the spotlight. he got to meet some professional footballers and get his name in the press i hope it was as exciting as he dreamed

 

the blokes a celeb chasing marc jackson wannabe and i hope never to hear from him again

Unfortunately, I gave him every chance on the basis that even yesterday Matt was confident of the deal.

 

As far as I'm concerned he can crawl back under his rock. The only difference, it would seem, between him and Jackson is that he managed to get money out of Crouch to pay for exclusivity.

 

As far as I am concerned they are a pair of time-wasters. I hope his appeal not to give Fialka any grief (in case he changes his mind!) is one that falls on deaf ears.

 

At least Crouch and Matt have the club's best interests at heart. It would appear that not many others do.

This started going t*ts up as soon as they failed to meet the first deadline. Wonder if we'll ever discover who the other "buyers" were and which one was the so-called household name. Personally, I doubt it. We've been had over.....again!

That's what everyone was asking you to disclose, that's what you said you had, that's what you failed to show, that is why some (easily ignored) abuse is coming your way.

If Crouch put up the money to allow the exclusivity that surely should have rung alarm bells.

 

I am fed up to the back teeth listening to people who have little in the way of wealth pontificating. It's time to shut up, stop digging and leave us to get on with our lives without relatively impecunious dreamers making veiled suggestions that they might be back.

 

Either shut up or sign up we need no more pronouncements.

apart from succesfully completing due-dilligence and convincing the administrator that there were funds in place.

 

Which, when you put it like that, is quite convincing. It's one of Rumsfield's 'unknowable unknowns' now, I reckon.

100% agree with Duncan as always.

 

Im sorry Tony but you cannot expect people to have nothing but nice things to say to you and Filaka. You had no money and never looked like you would get the money.

It was clear you used many different delaying tactics in an effort to try and buy yourself sometime to look for someone to put that money in.

You might not like it but that is the same as a conman, someone who pretends to have something and lures in people into this false world. You said yourself numerous times that the deal was as good as done and would be completed today,tomorrow and the next day.

Why say such things if in reality you actually knew you had no money and nobody was there to back you?

As with Fialka how can people expect him to have millions and millions if the guy's company makes just 20k a year and he lives at home with his mum? That is not having a dig at him but at the sheer lunacy of the thought someone in that position could have hundreds of millions of pounds. It is no different from my nephew living at home with my aunt but he earns 20k from being a manager of a store. If someone said he was going to buy the club for millions everyone would know it was bull****, so why is this any different?

You both played with fire and got your hands burnt. You deserve all the negative remarks being thrown at you both.

You obviously have a lot to learn about being in buisness if you think people pull out of multi-million pound deals because someone said a negative remark...

If neither Le Tiss or Lynam will divulge exactly what the FL want that was unacceptable to 'their backers' they can't be surprised if we draw our own conclusions ie there were no problems with the FL just with the backers.

As I mentioned in my last couple of postings, this was exactly what happened to Aldershot in 1990. And please, I don't need any smart alec forum admin to say the Aldershot guy, Spencer Trethewy/Day is now a multi millionaire 19 years later after spending time inside for fraud.

 

Its sad and embarrassing that we duped this way, should never have happened.

An extremely worn out phrase I know but these are just a bunch of tyre kickers looking for their 15 minutes of fame in the limelight. Hopefully they'll go and play their games elsewhere now and the club can survive despite the abysmal time wasting that the Pinnacle Group has given us.

No it didn't - I was trying to flush Lynam out and it worked inasmuch he rang me and told me he was calling the police blah blah blah. However if the email he sent Fry at the end of April appears to be non genuine then a whole new can of worms opens for Lynam.

 

I have been asked to sit on the e mail a little longer by someone who I respect and I will do that but afterwards I can re-post. Mind you the damage is now done - I think we all accept Pinnacle to be a sham so what I proove won't help SFC anymore.

Like I posted before - don't know what good it will do now Lynam has been outed but yes when the time is right. Hopefully someone will step forward even at this late stage - all I am worried about now is the club's future.

Just to add my points, I have added numbers to the quotes.

3. this alarms me the most, Crouch paid the staff last time, the sales of DMG will pay the staff this time obviously the 'new owner' wasn't that concerned about them after all. And I bet the wages not being paid is the least of his worries now! These 'new owners' have stung the staff the hoped to employ and they walk away without any of this sh*t sticking because they are nameless wonders!

 

4. rumours or truths? Getting found out is every conman's worst fear.

 

5. So, this means there was foundation to these rumours as the deal will not ever be done!

 

6. So are we more unified? This was the one thing promised!

 

7. Why announce to them this latest update and then ask people not to elect for their right to freedom of speech and tell these pinnacle people exactly what we think? Isn't that freedom of speech? Tell me why we should treat them with kid gloves?

These people should be named and shamed! Why, because they are apparently 'businessmen' who can't do business. They have pretended to be taking over a 'business' but were incapable of doing so. Many on here challenged their capabilities and not once did they prove anything.

Lastly, the reason I am so upset and disappointed, isn't because we may have been duped or conned but because these faceless wonders have possibly allowed staff lose their homes, their holidays, their self respect. Working for nothing.

 

I'm sorry Tony, but if you were conned like SFC was conned, why not name them, they've made you look like an idiot.

 

Mark Fry, are you here to sell the Saints or switch off the lights? Thus far, your 3 biggest buyers have been Pinnacle, Marc Jackson and some mythical Swiss consortium/business/group/company. I think maybe you need to analyze your capabilities, because I am seriously doubting them.

some of the responses on this thread alone are probably 1 of the reasons why they and others have pulled out! Comments made by people who know fook all about what has gone on, who was involved etc etc. I sincerely hope that whoever (if anyone) takes us on they dont read the tripe that is often posted on here and other such like forums. TL speak of abuse being aimed at Fialka personally..i hope, whoever you are, you are happy and can sleep at night! Tossers.
