Tommy Mulgrew Posted Saturday at 22:11 Posted Saturday at 22:11 (edited) Another 3:1 victory. Edited Saturday at 22:15 by Tommy Mulgrew Wrong time righted 1 1
Football Special Posted yesterday at 04:40 Posted yesterday at 04:40 They are only two points below us in the league which would suggest quite an even game , seems their fans are not happy with the manager Ryan Mason and a few are calling for his head which seems harsh from the outside. Let's try to recreate the last time we played them here 1
Harry_SFC Posted yesterday at 07:09 Posted yesterday at 07:09 Same team but Wellington in for Manning (won't happen though). West Brom have been pretty hit and miss this season. Started well but have tailed off a bit and seem to be letting in a fair few goals. Will be interesting to see how they set up. 2
TheAlehouseBrawlers Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago Anyone been able to apply the £5 member discount to this, trying to book tickets but doesn't appear to be including the discount
sockeye Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago They are decidedly average this season and we're in good form, over double the points they've amassed in six games. 2-0 Saints
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Hopefully Armstrong is ok to start again after getting a knock. If so there’s no need to change anything. Wouldn’t mind seeing Edozie take Aribo’s place on the bench- feel like if he can get fit he may be a good sub option when Leo is knackered as he’s a bit more of a winger than Robinson. 1

Leave a space on the bench vacant where Aribo might otherwise be and it would be a better option than Joe. 1 3

We aren't playing a system that uses a winger role.

Chris cooper Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Another 1st half attacking treat from Leo , Arma , Azaz & especially Fellows .. he’ll be chomping at the bit to score & assist in this one ! im going saints 3-0 .. fellows , scienza & Arma in the 1st period again ! Better game management for 2nd half from Tonda too please 🙏🏻

I would agree but I feel like we intentionally put the brakes on after building a cushion For example if we went for it second half at Charlton we could've scored even more Probably for the best to ease off in the longer term but it feels good to emphatically destroy a team 7 or 8 nil
Willo of Whiteley Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago 4-1 to Saints. The obligatory one chance, one goal for the opposition but I think we’ll be fine. West Brom have plummeted down almost as quickly as we’ve gone up.
WALK DMC Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago WBA have lost their last 6 away games. They're certainly struggling at the moment.

Midfield_General Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago (edited) We'll have too much for these boing boing ballbags 4-1 and Adrian Chiles can do one Edited 18 hours ago by Midfield_General
Golac's Cunning Stunts Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago (edited) does anyone remember the last wba home league game? It was so boring the most exciting thing that happened was the west brom fan falling asleep Edited 16 hours ago by Golac's Cunning Stunts
macca155 Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago I wouldn't change too much the team is really gelling. However lots of games coming up, so need to use the squad. Armstrong even if declared fit, will be carrying a knock, so I'd replace him with Archer. Cam looked bang up for it yesterday, and if he can rediscover some form, will be a massive asset for Saints. Bragg will probably get a run out at some point. Tonda needs three effective midfielders available. I said effective Joe, put your hand down. Robinson and Edozie are excellent replacements for Leo and Fellows. Different styles but they can both cause problems. No game is a formality but we should be confident of this one. 1

Charles to come back in when fit - which can’t be that far away. 1
die Mannyschaft Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Saints 2-0 WBA. Lets hope we can hang on end 2nd half when the subs will be made. Archer looks better so could get one late and make it 3-0.
markr27 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Can't foresee any changes unless there are injuries. Maybe Norwich he'll tinker, Bragg for Downes, Edwards/Quarshie in for one of Wood/THB/JS, Welington for Manning etc. 1

Charlie Wayman Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Key question, Is it on the box? Most Tuesday EFL games are but no mention of it on Saints website.

Saint Fan CaM Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Scienza starts we win. If he doesn’t - well we may still win, but less convincingly. Thinking 2-1.

He might but personally yet to see anything to really judge him yet which is peobably quite telling for a player who has been at Saints for a year. I get that Manning isn't interested at stopping crosses but his on the ball play has benefitted us far more this season than his off the ball work has hindered us. Clear first choice at LWB for me. (Would be after Amass on loan in Jan and moving Welington on myself).
LiberalCommunist Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Quick fire game. Hopefully the game management subs pay off for us. On the flip side; 23, J. Wildsmith Number4, C. Styles Number2, C. Mepham Number5, K. Bielik Number6, G. Campbell Number10, K. Ahearne-Grant 39', Yellow Card at 39 minutesTammer Bany 93', substituted for Tammer Bany at 93 minutes Number27, A.
