Bugger I just about to head out and start my Christmas shopping, and come on here and ask for advice on which Toaster to get the Wife, I thought the new Hoover she’s getting might appear to me being a bit tight.

Not at all. Hoovers can be expensive. If anything, a toaster as well is spoiling someone.

I'm nursing a chest infection but I'm medicating it with Beechams All in One and 19 Crimes Red Wine and it's going pretty well so far. A Saints win on Boxing Day would make me feel even better.

And I'm not drunk, but Scienza is better than Messi. There I said it. 

Anyway happy Christmas season to all you poor, long suffering fools, of which I have been one for the last 36 years. Don't worry, we'll win a trophy in the next ten years. I forsee it.

Our youngest son has bought me 2 books of photographic collections:

Bus Stops of the Soviet Union 

and

Bus Stops of the Soviet Union volume 2

 

and although he hasn't bought me a Dukla Prague away kit, Santa has bought me 2 new footbsll shirts - an FC Bengaluru GK top and FC New Amsterdam's 2021 fourth shirt.

 

Happy Christmas, or however else you wish to term the day.

There would have been a thought of maybe keeping bus stops vol 2 for your birthday. But sometimes 1 volume of bus stops just isn't enough, so a good call.

(I got the Taschen wood buildings last year)
