Am ok with these changes, weve nice cameos and appearances for all of these players over the tonda's game and the ones dropped have not been performing probably since around cov game, its a meritoracy except for defenders lol.

Cant wait for Charles to be back and partner Jander in midfield though and the lochness drogba to be available then we will be making a cullinary delight in the kitchen.,

Just sat down and they announce that the 2 fav players of our mascots are Baz and Stephens. The conspiracy runs deep, really deep.

That's a really weak side.  Matsuki and Archer should both be on the bench. Prepare for more tippy tappy possession football in our own half with zero attacking intent from us. Millwall must be rubbing their hands.

Some might call this a weak side....but it's not the players coming in that are actually making it weaker. It's the back 3 and manning + Bazunu taking care of that. The players coming in have done well and shown good energy. Absolutely nothing wrong with freshening it up. It creates competition for places. I just want a higher intensity than we've seen over the past few games - maybe Tonda wants that too.

What ever the team is we need to have alternative styles/systems but the selection suggests it’s more of the single plan but with different personnel

Got to admire the attitude of a manager who sets out to defend the game first and foremost with statically the worst keeper in three years and a horrific “solid” defensive three that’ll never concede any goals.

Oh wait.

Millwall getting at least two today

So Archer and Matsuki are better than Armstrong and Jander....er if you say so.

It baffles me so much why manager after manager keeps playing the same defensive unit that concedes every bloody game.....but silly me it is actually quite simple. Sports Republic don't want to pay out on "clean sheet" bonuses. They must have saved a fortune the last 3 seasons!

Totally agree with this.

If we had to use our squad in a fixture heavy period, happy to at least see those making a positive impact make the team in Bragg, Archer, Jelert and Matsuki. I imagine Stephens for Quarshie is as much tactical and that Robinson will be getting plenty of minutes as a sub.

It's obviously not going to be as slick as Tonda's early passing success. But no reason why the forward play all these have shown can't kick start us out of our struggles to get forward in recent games. Something a little different in Tonda's preferred system hopefully.

COYR!

Bragg is the one replacing Jander

Matsuki is in the Azaz role

Ok so is Matsuki better than Azaz?

Prepare to be very disappointed.

It will be interesting to see if Tonda has done anything to react to the previous Millwall shitshow. I’m not hopeful - we’re just not that good. Loss incoming.

Midfield is still short in numbers so I doubt it will any different, one tactic

Manning got a bit of extra timber by the looks - too much Christmas pud methinks.

Yeah he really has. Very noticeable.

Jelert seems to have a good eye for a pass. Liking Matsuki's mobility and agility too.

Millwall are going to foul a lot. Need the ref to get the book out.

Got it 👍

Manning in a good position takes an ice age to set himself for the cross and it gets easily blocked. No surprises there.

I guess he just assumes that opposing FBs will be as inept as he is at stopping crosses.

Scienza with that little steal and run down the left then... 5 Millwall players back and only archer committed forward. Never going to carry much threat with such defensive tactics.

Not winning many challenges, and our attacks are starting too deep leaving a lot for Scienza in particular to do.

Not great to see Archer outpaced and outmuscled by their defenders.

Manning more of the outlet, with some decent deliveries.

we expect too much creativity from defenders.

Stephens is driving us forward like prime Beckenbaur today
